一、控番の者は月次のため構わず登城し、退出後より清めを行う。
一、退出後、諸方面への清め。衆中の者は今朝より清めを申し付ける。
一、今日の清めより明朝解くまで、公用私用ともに参らない。
同十六日
一、今朝、特に清めを行う。
一、内藤能登守殿へ見送りのため使者白井勇左衛門を遣わしたところ、今朝七時に出立されたとのこと。相応の直答を申し聞かされ、帰って申し聞いた。
一、五時半過ぎに千住宿まで遣わした徒士使が帰り、六時過ぎに千住に到着、七時頃に出発されたとのこと。相応の答えがあったと帰って申し聞いた。
一、内藤能登守殿より表手紙にて千住宿出発の案内が来たが、留守のため返事は遣わさなかった。
一、諸方面への清めが済んだとの報告があり、五時半より清めを解いた。
一、内藤能登守殿より出立の案内使者が来る。こちらからも脇使を申し遣わす。

一、日光控を仰せ付けられたが、今日は

1. A messenger, Shirai Yūzaemon, was sent to see off Lord Naitō Notono-kami. He reported that the lord departed at seven o'clock this morning, and received an appropriate direct response.
1. The foot soldier messenger sent to Senju post station past 5:30 returned, reporting that they arrived at Senju past six o'clock and departed around 6:30, with an appropriate response received.
1. A formal letter came from Lord Naitō Notono-kami notifying of his departure from Senju station, but as he was away, no reply was sent.
1. It was reported that purification for various quarters was completed, and the purification was lifted from 5:30.
