　一折遣ス河内方ゟも返礼旁肴一折来ル

同二十四日
一、今日、内藤能登守殿の帰府の御目見の首尾をよく申し上げ、上意を蒙り有り難いとの知らせを使者にて申し来る。
一、内藤能登守殿へ右の祝いとして八時過ぎより罷り越し、対話して六時過ぎに帰宅した。

一、内藤能登守殿がこの度相勤められた祝いの使者に肴一折を遣わす。河内方からも返礼を兼ねて肴一折が来る。

1. Today, regarding Lord Naitō Notono-kami's return to Edo, the details of the audience were well reported, and a messenger came informing us that he received gracious words from his lord and was most grateful.
1. As congratulations for the above, I visited Lord Naitō Notono-kami from past 8 o'clock, had a conversation, and returned home past 6 o'clock.

1. Sent a messenger with one box of delicacies to congratulate Lord Naitō Notono-kami on his successful completion of duties this time. From the Kawachi side as well, one box of delicacies came as a return courtesy.
