ただし御門主が江戸にご在府のため御本坊へ使者は差し出さなかった。先例として正徳の度、天明の度の両例もあり、それに付きこの度も使者は差し出さなかった
一、宿坊法門院が座敷に参り、料理を済ませてから面会し諸事を頼んだ
ただし直接本陣に罷り在り諸事の世話をした

However, went directly to the honjin and took care of various matters
- Also had an audience with the temple's deputy abbot and exchanged customary greetings
