靴魚￣ハ 、頭長￣シテ如￣シ＿レ 靴￣ノ
　　　　　靴魚《割書：和名ウシノシタ按￣ニ｜即本艸￣ニ 所＿レ 謂比月魚》

　　　　　燕魚《割書：一名鰩魚又名飛魚｜和名トビウヲ》

現代語訳

靴魚は、頭が長くて靴のようである。
　　　靴魚《和名：ウシノシタ　按ずるに本草に謂う所の比目魚がこれである》

　　　燕魚《一名鰩魚、又飛魚とも名付ける、和名：トビウオ》
