に降下する則は一陽また復（ふく）す若（もし）人 始陽（しやう）初復

現代語訳
【右丁】
に降下するならば、一陽もまた復する。もし人が始陽初復の時を知ろうと欲するならば、暖気をもってその信号とすべきである。大体において生を養う道は、上部は常に清涼であることを要し、下部は常に温暖であることを要する。そもそも経脈の十二は十二支に配され、十二か月に応じ、十二時に合する。六爻が変化し再び一周して一年を完成するようなものである。五陰が上に居し一陽が下を占める、これを地雷復という。

冬至の時である。「真人の息は踵を以てする」というのはこのことであろうか。三陽が下に位し三陰が上に居する、これを地天泰という。正月の時である。万物発生の気を含んで百草は春化の恵みを受ける。至人が元気を下に充実させる象徴である。人がこれを得るならば営衛が充実し気力は勇壮になる。五陰が下に居し一陽が上に止まる、これを山地剥という。九月の時である。天がこれを得るならば林苑は色を失し百

Generally speaking, the way of nourishing life requires that the upper part always be cool and refreshing, while the lower part always be warm. The twelve meridians correspond to the twelve earthly branches, respond to the twelve months, and align with the twelve hours. Like the six lines of hexagrams transforming and cycling again to complete one year. When five yin occupy the upper position and one yang occupies the lower, this is called "Earth Thunder Return" (Di Lei Fu).

This is the time of winter solstice. This is perhaps what is meant by "the true person breathes with the heels." When three yang are positioned below and three yin reside above, this is called "Earth Heaven Peace" (Di Tian Tai). This is the time of the first month. Containing the qi of all things' birth and generation, the hundred plants receive the blessing of spring transformation.
