小に応（オウ）じて截（キリ）て用ふ、これを採（トル）には夏月をよしとす、楡（ニレ）
の木に生ずるを楡（ユ）肉とも楡耳（ユジ）ともいふ、支那（モロコシノ）人はこれを
食ふといへり、これもまた代用すべし、また海綿（ウミワタ）を、火

自然に受得たる人身の機関（ハタラキ）は、奇妙不思議なるものにて、
一切の病はもと人の身体（カラダ）に固（モト）より無（ナキ）はづのものなれば、邪（ジヤ）
にあれ毒（ドク）にあれ、必これを排（ハラ）ひ除（ノゾカ）んがために、起すとこ
ろのものをさして病 証（シヨウ）【證】といひ、その証に応じその力を

病を治する機関（ハタラキ）なり、今 金刃創傷（キリキズ）のごときも、速にその
皮肉を故（モト）のごとく合せて、血を多く出さねば、一時を過ぬ
まに、その損傷（ソコネ）たるところは、おのれと接続（ツヾキ）て、気血も循（ジユン）
