三十七艘にてとり囲みたる時、敵より夥（オビタヾシ）く火鉋を打
出せしが、一ッも中ることなく、追々に船へ近づき、遂（ツヒ）に
鉄 鏁（グサリ）鈎縄（カギナハ）を以て船へ乗入て、三百余人を鏖（ミナゴロシ）にしたり
しときに、有馬の手には死傷 纔（ワヅカ）に十六なりしとぞ
聞えし、又 台湾（タイワン）の鄭森が麾下（ハタシタ）なる柯全斌（カゼンビン）は、小船を
以て、和蘭の軍艦十五艘を逐（オヒ）退けたる類も、皆この勇
猛の大気を張出して、敵を圧（オス）ところの力を発したる
より、大鉋火攻も避（サケ）て身に中ることなければ、これを
怖（オソレ）ぬ心になりしは、たゞその時に臨（ノゾミ）たる機会（ハヅミ）を得たる、
大将の果断（クワダン）によるものなり、すへて此気には不思議

の力用（ハタラキ）あるかゆゑに、遠しといへども、一気の感応あり
て、彼を此より圧（オス）ところの験（シルシ）あることを、手近く弁へ
知んには、鳥銃を打に、筒が丸を圧（オシ）て、向へ進むやう
になれば、放ちたる丸の中り必強く、筒が丸と別れて、
後（アト）へ引やうになれば、貫（ツラヌ）く力弱きがごとき、これ
より観得（クワントク）【左ルビ：カンカヘテミル】するときには、かの益が禹に、至 諴（カン）【左ルビ：コヽロノマコト】は神を
感ぜしむといひて、己が徳を修て、有苗（イウベウ）の夷を降
参させしも、たゞこの気の感応（カンオウ）の、邈（ハルカ）に数千里の外に
及ぼしたることをおもふべし、またたとひ創傷をか
ふむりたりとも、その身の衛気だにたしかなるう
