る切要【左ルビ：タイセツ】の事件（ジケン）なるべけれとおもふより、いらざる老の
啽囈（クリコト）ながら、聊此にその義を弁ぜしなり、
愈創水
緑礬 明礬《割書：各百戔》
右二味、細末、水五升を入て、火に上せ、よく烊解（トカ）して、
火より下し、陶器（セトモノ）または樽に入て、陣中へ持ゆくべし、
用るに臨（ノゾミ）て、布または撒（ホツシ）棉糸（モメン）に浸（ヒタシ）て創に貼る也、もし
創浅きものは、水にて血をよく洗ひ取たるあとへ、
手早く此薬を畳布に浸たるを貼て、まき木綿
をすれば、大概なる損傷（キズ）は速に愈るゆゑ、次の

いへる石灰末、槲耳（ハヽソダケ）、馬勃（ホコリダケ）等（ナド）は、陣中に多く用意し
たるがよし、
鶏蛋油
鶏卵《割書：五十個》 胡麻油《割書：二合》
右鶏卵の皮を去、擂盆（スリバチ）にてよくすり、徐々【左ルビ：ダラ〳〵】に
麻油を加へて相和し用ふ、《割書：鶏卵は、白を去て用ること尤よし、｜時に臨て製するは殊に可とす》
密陀僧膏

愈創水（いそうすい）
緑礬 明礬《各百匁》
右の二味を細末にし、水五升を入れて、火にかけ、よく溶解して、
火から下ろし、陶器または樽に入れて、陣中へ持参すべきである。
用いる際には、布またはほぐした木綿糸に浸して創に貼る。もし
創が浅いものは、水でよく血を洗い取った後に、
手早くこの薬を畳布に浸したものを貼って、包帯を巻く
すれば、大概の損傷は速やかに治るゆえ、次の

述べた石灰末、オナモミ、ホコリタケ等は、陣中に多く用意し
ておくのがよい。
鶏蛋油（けいたんゆ）
鶏卵《五十個》 胡麻油《二合》
右の鶏卵の殻を去り、すり鉢でよくすり、徐々に
胡麻油を加えて混ぜ合わせて用いる。《鶏卵は、白身を去って用いるのが最もよい。その時に臨んで製するのは特によい》

Healing Water (isōsui)
Green vitriol Alum 《100 monme each》
Grind the above two ingredients into fine powder, add 5 shō of water, place over fire, dissolve well,
remove from fire, put into pottery or barrel, and carry to the battlefield.
When using, soak cloth or loose cotton thread and apply to wounds. If
the wound is shallow, after washing the blood clean with water,
quickly apply this medicine soaked in folded cloth and bandage
with cotton, then most injuries will heal quickly, so the following

medicated cloth need not be used. Therefore, this medicine and the previously
mentioned lime powder, cocklebur, and puffball mushroom should be prepared in large quantities for the battlefield.
Chicken Egg Oil (keitanyu)
Chicken eggs 《50 pieces》 Sesame oil 《2 gō》
Remove the shells from the eggs, grind well in a mortar, gradually
add sesame oil and mix together for use. 《It is best to remove the egg white when using. Making it fresh when needed is particularly good.》
Litharge Ointment (mitsudaso-kō)
Litharge 《50 monme》 Portugal oil 《100 monme - this is what pharmacies call "Portugal oil"》
Grind the litharge into fine powder, knead it with oil, then add 2 parts water
