足踝（カヽト）の骨も、
手腕を治する法に
同じく、むかふへ
まわしながら
こなたへ引て
伸すときには、
忽もとのやうに

ところへはまりてあるものゝ、

皇大御神のみはるかします四方の国
は。天の壁たつ極み。国のゝき立限。
青雲の棚引きはみ。白雲のおりゐ
むかふすかきり。青海原は。棹柁
ほさす。舟の櫨【艫の誤記ヵ】の至り留るきはみ。
大海に船みちつゝけ。狭国は広く。

手首を治療する方法と
同じく、向こうへ
回しながら
こちらへ引いて
伸ばすときには、
すぐに元のように
なるのである。
以上九つの図について、骨の形状は同じ
ではないが、
すべて皆、関節の窪んだ
ところにはまっているものが、
食い違ったのを、ただ引き
伸ばして
正しい位置に戻すだけが、
接骨（骨つぎ）の極意であることを理解すべきである。

青雲の棚引く果て、白雲の降り
向かう遥かな限り、青海原は、棹や舵を

For the ankle bone as well,
using the same method as treating the wrist,
rotate it away
while pulling it
toward oneself and
stretching it,
it will immediately return
to its original state.
Regarding the above nine diagrams, although the bone shapes are not
identical,
they are all fitted into the hollow
recesses of joints, and when
they become misaligned, one should understand that simply pulling and
stretching them
to restore them to their proper position
is the essential principle of bone-setting.

The lands in all four directions ruled by the Great Imperial Deity
extend to the limits where heaven's walls stand, to the boundaries where the nation's borders rise,
to where blue clouds trail across the sky, where white clouds descend
toward the distant horizon, and the blue ocean reaches to where boats' rudders and
poles extend, to the furthest point where ship sterns arrive and stop,
as sea routes continue across the great ocean, narrow lands become vast.
