There is also a method of reviving those who die suddenly by massaging them in warm water. For this, both the patient and helper should become naked and enter the bathtub. Initially use lukewarm water, gradually heating it, and massage the limbs, chest, and back in reverse order from the extremities, then grasp and manipulate the shoulder well point (Jianjing) with the fingertips. It is best to pour water over the head while kneading the nape of the neck, then knead the shoulder muscles. Once a child 【Left Page】 fell headfirst from the second floor, struck his head severely and died instantly, but was revived by striking his head with water and then grasping the shoulder well point. 《Small text: This method originates from the biography of Taicang Gong in the Historical Records, and is called the "water striking technique" in my school.》 Previously, I heard of someone who saved a child who died suddenly from convulsions by massaging in the aforementioned lukewarm water.
