やうに、巧手（コウシヤ）にして真実（シンジツ）なる医師（イシ）を撰（エラン）で委任（マカス）べし、また
鉄丸（タマ）の肉中に入ずして、鎧（ヨロヒノ）上などより唯（タヾ）その響動（ヒヾキ）の深（フカ）く
内に徹（トホリ）たるが、その処（トコロ）の皮肉大に膨張（ハレフクレ）、やがて内より破裂（ヤブルヽ）
ことあり、これは人の怪（アヤシ）み疑（ウタガフ）ことなれば、其 理（ワケ）を先（マヅ）明（アキラ）むべし、
凡（オヨソ）人の地上に生活（イキ）て掙扎（ハタラク）ことは、天地の間に充塞（ミチ▢キリ）て、毫（イサヽカ）
も虚隙（スキマ）なき大気の中に在（アリ）て、外なる気は、身体を内へ圧（オシ）、内な
る気は、身体を外へ圧（オス）、外より圧（オス）も、内より圧（オス）も、悉（コト〴〵ク）皆（ミナ）此気の
張力（ハルチカラ）より起（オコリ）り【送り仮名の重複】て、その根本（モト）は唯（タヾ）一ッなり、人の此気の中に在（アル）
を譬（タトヘ）ていはば、笊籬（ザル）をいくつも浮（ウカメ）たるものが、内も外も皆
水なるが如きものなり、我邦（ワガクニ）の古典（フルキフミ）に、その根本（モト）を天之（アメノ）

御中主神（ミナカヌシノカミ）といひ、張力（ハルチカラ）を高御産巣日神（タカミムスビノカミ）といひ、圧力（オスチカラ）を
神産巣日神（カンムスビノカミ）といふ、高（タカ）とは長張（タケリハル）の義（ギ）、神（カミ）とは、噛圧（カミオス）の義（ギ）、産（ム）
巣日（スビ）は、結成（ムスビナス）造化（ザウクワ）の義（ギ）、根本（オホモト）を、御中主（ミナカヌシ）といふは、所謂（イハユル）未（ミ）
発之（ハツノ）中と、其義（ソノギ）異（コト）なることなく、又 太極（タイキヨク）より陰陽（インヨウ）の両（リヤウ）
義（ギ）を生ずるといふものと同く、この大気の張（ハル）と圧（オス）との
対法（ツリアヒ）にて、自在（ジザイ）の運動（ハタラキ）を為（ナス）ものなり、《割書：これを竺典（テンヂク）には、妙法蓮（メウハフレン）、｜華経（グエキヤウ）、釈迦（シヤカ）、多宝（タハウ）、および》
《割書：四 菩薩（ホサツ）といふ、其 極（ゴク）｜旨（シ）は同くとなり、》然るを銃丸（テツパウダマ）の奔逬（ホドバシル）によりて、此外気に虚（ス）
隙（キマ）を生じ、《割書：鳥銃（テツパウ）の震動（シンドウ）を為（ナス）は、火薬（タマグスリ）の逬射（ホドバシル）と、｜この外気の奪激（ウチアヒ）にて、音（オト）を為（ナス）なり》その平均（ヘイキン）を失（ウシナ）
はしむるより、内より卒（ニハカ）に膨張（ハリフクレ）て、遂（ツヒ）には破裂（ヤブレ）て刺創（サシキズ）
の如くになるなり、《割書：この内より膨張（フクレ）て、皮肉 破裂（サクル）にいたらず、唯（タヾ）｜響動（ヒヾキ）の深（フカ）く内を侵（オカシ）たるまゝにては、即死（ソクシ）する》

ように、熟練した手技を持ち信頼できる医師を選んで治療を委ねるべきである。また、鉄の弾丸が肉中に入らずに、鎧の上などから単にその衝撃が深く内部に伝わっただけなのに、その部分の皮膚や肉が大きく腫れ上がり、やがて内側から破裂することがある。これは人々が不思議に思い疑うことであるから、その理由をまず明らかにすべきである。
およそ人が地上で生活し活動することは、天地の間に充満して、少しも隙間のない大気の中にあって、外の気は身体を内へ押し、内の気は身体を外へ押している。外から押すのも、内から押すのも、すべて皆この気の張力から起こるものであり、その根本はただ一つである。人がこの気の中にあることを例えて言うならば、ざるをいくつも浮かべたものが、内も外もすべて水であるようなものである。我が国の古典では、その根本を天之御中主神といい、張力を高御産巣日神といい、圧力を神産巣日神という。

高とは「たけり張る」の意味、神とは「噛み押す」の意味、産巣日は「結び成す」造化の意味である。根本を御中主というのは、いわゆる「未発の中」と、その意義が異なることはなく、また太極から陰陽の両義を生ずるというものと同様である。この大気の張ることと押すことの対応によって、自在の運動を行うものである。《割書：これを仏典では、妙法蓮華経、釈迦、多宝、および四菩薩という。その極意は同じである。》
ところが銃弾の飛来によって、この外気に空隙を生じ、《割書：鉄砲の震動を起こすのは、火薬の発射とこの外気の衝突によって、音を生じるのである。》その平衡を失わせることから、内側から急に膨張して、ついには破裂して刺し傷のようになるのである。《割書：この内側から膨張して、皮膚や肉が破裂するに至らず、単に衝撃が深く内部を侵しただけの状態では、即死する。》

In this manner, one should select a skilled and trustworthy physician to entrust with the treatment. Also, even when an iron bullet does not penetrate the flesh but merely transmits its impact deeply into the interior through armor or similar protection, the skin and flesh in that area may swell greatly and soon rupture from within. Since people find this strange and doubtful, the reason should first be clarified.
Generally, human life and activity on earth occurs within the atmosphere that fills the space between heaven and earth with no gaps whatsoever. The external qi pushes the body inward, while the internal qi pushes the body outward. Both the external and internal pressure arise entirely from the tensile force of this qi, and their fundamental source is singular. To use an analogy for humans existing within this qi: it is like many sieves floating where both inside and outside are entirely water. In our country's ancient texts, this fundamental source is called Ame-no-Minakanushi-no-Kami, the tensile force is called Takami-Musubi-no-Kami, and the pressure is called Kami-Musubi-no-Kami.

"Taka" means "vigorous expansion," "Kami" means "biting pressure," and "Musubi" means the creative transformation of "binding and forming." Calling the fundamental source "Minakanushi" has no different meaning from the so-called "center of the undeveloped," and is the same as saying that the two principles of yin and yang arise from the Great Ultimate.
