《割書：もの｜あり》もし又 銃丸（タマ）の肉中へ入ぬゆゑに、唯（タヾ）膨張（ハレフクレ）たるのみならば、
温罨法（アタヽメムシノハウ）を行ひ、前篇に出せる緩和膏（クワンカカウ）に、片脳（ヘンノウ）を加たる
ものを貼（ツケ）て治すべく、破裂（ヤブレサケ）たるものは、金創（キリキズ）治法に従（シタガヒ）て
よし、たゞその響動（ヒヾキ）深（フカ）く内を侵（オカシ）たる震蕩（ユルギ）により、即死
せずして、余証（ヨシヨウ）【證】を発（ハツ）したる者は、内科の預（アヅカル）ところなり、
その詳（ツマビラカ）なることは、専（セン）門の人に問（トヒ）て、それに委任（ユダヌ）べき
ことなり、

我日本国は、世界の精華（キツスイノ）気（キ）の萃（アツマル）ところにして、土地 膏（コ）

砂（イソ）多くして、船を寄（ヨス）るに便宜（タヨリヨ）からず、国土の堅固（カタキ）ことは、
自（オノヅカラ）なる城 郭（カク）の如く、人民 衆多（オホク）軍器 備（ソナハリ）足（タ）るを以て、これを
浦安（ウラヤス）の国とも、細矛（クワシホコ）千足（チタリ）の国とも称（イヒ）て、其義勇の世界に
冠（スグレ）たることは、此 土（クニ）に生を稟（ウケ）たる、自然の神宇（ウマレ）によるも
のなり、坤輿（セカイノ）中に於て、此の如く独（ヒトリ）我邦のみ他国に秀（ヒ）
出（イデ）たる所以（ワケ）は、神代の太古（ムカシ）、高天（タカマ）が原なる《割書：高は、体言にて、高き｜意とはいさゝか異（コト）なり、》

《割書：ものあり》もしまた銃弾が肉中へ入らないために、ただ腫れ上がっただけであれば、温湿布法を行い、前篇に記載した緩和膏に樟脳を加えたものを貼って治療すべきである。破裂したものは、刺し傷の治療法に従えばよい。ただし、その衝撃が深く内部を侵した震動により、即死せずに、他の症状を発症した者は、内科の担当するところである。その詳細については、専門の人に尋ねて、その人に治療を委ねるべきことである。
