元利〆高相違致候義ヲ申立甚以
不都合之義と存奉候右様取計も致
候者弥三郎六兵衛ゟ茂私方へ其節
可及掛合筈之義ニ御座候何之打合茂
無之内段ニ而弥三郎ゟ譲受候哉本町
役元庄蔵方江罷越消印等迄取計
候由其後ニ承り候ニ付如何之義ニ而私方江ハ
一円不知ケ様之取計致呉候哉庄蔵
江承り合候処六兵衛無心ニ付証文も戻り
候事故取計候段と申候ニ付左候ハヽ
下大島村平八方へ役印以質入致置
方江如何御取計被成候哉之旨篤と掛合

現代語訳
元利締め高が相違した義を申し立てるのは甚だもって不都合な義と存じ奉ります。このような取り計らいをした者は、弥三郎、六兵衛からも私の方へその節掛け合いに及ぶはずの義でございます。何の打ち合わせもない内に、弥三郎から譲り受けたのでしょうか、本町役元庄蔵方へ参って消印等まで取り計らった由、その後に承りましたので、いかなる義で私の方へは一円知らせないような取り計らいをしてくれたのでしょうか。庄蔵へ承り合わせたところ、六兵衛の無心により証文も戻った事故、取り計らった段と申しましたので、それならば下大島村平八方へ役印をもって質入れいたし置いた方へいかなる御取り計らいをなされたでしょうかの旨、篤と掛け合いいたしたところ、六兵衛の願いにより取り計らったけれども、右の次第では当惑する由の挨拶がございました。私が具に役場へ参り出て消印を申し立てた等の義は、全くもって偽りで、善助が申し立てた箇条の義は一々虚言ばかりでございます。証文を取り扱った義は兄で、親利左衛門が取り扱った事では決してございません。
一、天保十年亥年、家の土蔵が出来て、いよいよ酒造を始めることになりましたので、酒株一本、元高百八十石、株金として三十両を相渡し、外に水車一ヶ所
