一 石玉垣延長拾九間 南北 五 間

一 扉府石門壱ヶ所 主 八尺七寸

右者岩窪村地内 武田信玄公様墓碑

書面之通玉垣并石門御普請渡方御相談
被下候而巨細積方仕石取并細工手間賄代
其外持運駄賃共不残渡之積ニ而前書
代金六拾九両壱分ト永五拾三文ニ而引請
只今慥ニ請取申所相違無御座候然上ハ
細工仕立方之儀者別紙絵図面并仕様帳
之通少も無相違成丈入念相仕立可申候
万一出来形御意ニ入不申所御書候ハヽ何ヶ度
成共仕立直申差上可申候代金御渡方之義ハ
細工出来分通ニ遵ひ追々御渡シ可被下候
且又右之通御引請申上候上ハたとへ弁金等
相立候共御定代金之外増金等ハ勿論

右は岩窪村地内の武田信玄公様の墓碑を囲い取って建設する件について、この度お伺いをお立てになり、お許しをいただいた上で、書面の通り玉垣並びに石門の工事の施工方法についてご相談をいただき、詳細な積算を行い、石取りならびに細工手間、賄い代、その他運搬駄賃等、すべて含めて施工する積算にて、前記の代金六十九両一分と永五十三文にて請け負い、ただいま確かに受け取り申したところ、相違はございません。その上は、細工仕立て方の件については、別紙絵図面ならびに仕様帳の通り、少しも相違なく、丈夫に入念に仕立て申し上げます。万一出来上がりがお気に召さない箇所がございましたら、何度でも仕立て直し申し上げます。代金のお渡しの件については、細工の出来上がりに応じて順次お渡しいただきます。また右の通りお引き受け申し上げた以上は、たとえ弁償金等が必要になっても、お定めの代金以外の増金等はもちろん

The above concerns the construction of an enclosure around the tomb of Lord Takeda Shingen within the territory of Iwakubo Village. Having received official approval after making the proper inquiry, we have consulted regarding the construction method for the stone balustrade and stone gate as detailed in the written specifications. We have calculated in detail the costs for stone procurement, craftsmanship labor, meals, and all transportation fees, and have accepted the contract for the aforementioned amount of 69 ryō 1 bu and 53 mon, which we have now certainly received without discrepancy. Furthermore, regarding the construction work, we shall carefully execute it according to the separate drawings and specification documents without any deviation, ensuring durability. Should any aspect of the completed work not meet with your satisfaction, we shall reconstruct it as many times as necessary. Regarding payment, it shall be made progressively according to the completion of the work. Moreover, having accepted this contract as stated above, even if compensation costs arise, we shall not request any additional payments beyond the established contract amount.
