存念ニ不叶家督

強く申したが、伴助存命の時から
その意向に叶わず、家督
相続は難しいとの旨を度々
申した。右の和吉は、そなたの
意向にも叶わないということで、
鍛冶職の道具や旦那場
まで渡し、少しの金も
差し遣わし、同町の内の持家
にて家業を営ませ、伴助の
跡目は相応の者を
養子とし相続させたいと
願い出たことについて、孫蔵へ
返答書を申し付けたところ、
そなたの申すこととは甚だ相違
しているが、もっともな筋の申し分
