譲渡申家屋敷證文之事
一我等所持之別屋敷同町ニ而表口弐間三尺五寸
裏行弐拾壱間家帳之通其元儀死去致候
伴助内縁ニ付此度永代ニ譲渡進候処相違
無御座候此家屋敷ニ付親類者不及申脇々ゟ毛
頭構無之候若出入ヶ間敷義申者有之候ハヽ證人
立会急度埒明可申候
御公儀様御役儀之義者是迄半役相勤来候
間以来其通可被成御勤候為後日譲證文依如件

家屋敷譲渡証文
一、私たちが所有する別屋敷について、同町において間口二間三尺五寸、奥行き二十一間、家帳に記載の通りです。その元の所有者が死去したため、伴助との内縁関係により、この度永代に譲渡いたします。相違ございません。この家屋敷について、親類はもちろんのこと、第三者からも一切異議はございません。もし争いとなるような異議を申し立てる者がいた場合は、証人立会いのもと、きっちりと解決いたします。
公儀様の御役儀については、これまで半役を務めてまいりましたので、今後もその通りお勤めください。後日のため譲渡証文を差し上げます。

Deed of Transfer for House and Residential Plot
One property: A separate residential plot that we own, located in the same town, with a frontage of 2 ken 3 shaku 5 sun and a depth of 21 ken, as recorded in the house registry. Since the original owner has died and due to the common-law relationship with Bansuke, we hereby transfer this property in perpetuity. There is no dispute regarding this matter. Concerning this house and residential plot, neither relatives nor any third parties have any objections whatsoever. Should anyone raise contentious objections, we will resolve the matter promptly with witnesses present.
Regarding official duties for the authorities, as half-duties have been performed until now, please continue to serve in the same manner hereafter. This deed of transfer is issued for future reference.
