一 當年中鍛冶細工掛不残但仕入金幷
去亥古掛共ニ
一鍛冶細工旦那場半分尤伴助跡式
鍛冶職ニ而不相立候者不残御渡可被下候
一鍛冶道具一通り
右者私儀伴助甥ニ而御座候ニ付此度
御譲被下慥受取申候為後仍如件

右の者は私が伴助の甥でございますので、この度お譲りいただき確かに受け取りました。後日のためにこの通りです。
