譲渡申家屋鋪證文之事
一我等所持之別屋舗同町二而表口弐間半
裏行弐拾壱間《見せ消ち：六寸》《見せ消ち：先家主■兵衛ゟ請取置候》
《見せ消ち：證文》 家帳之通其元儀死去致し候伴助内縁二付
此度永代譲渡進候處相違無御座候此家
屋舗二付親類者不及申脇ゟ毛頭構無之候
若出入ヶ間敷儀申者有之候者證人立会
急度埒明可申候
御公儀様御役儀之義者是迠半役相勤
来候間以来其通可被成御勤候為後日譲證文

家屋敷譲渡証文の件
一、私たちが所有している別の屋敷で、同じ町内にあり、表口二間半、奥行二十一間（※削除部分：六寸）（※削除部分：前の家主■兵衛から受け取っていた）（※削除部分：証文）の家帳の通りです。その人（和吉）は死去した伴助と内縁関係にあったため、この度永代にわたって譲渡いたします。この件について相違はございません。この家屋敷について、親類はもとより、他の者からも一切異議申し立てはありません。もし異議を申し立てる者がいた場合は、証人立ち会いのもと、必ず解決いたします。
公儀様への御役儀については、これまで半役を務めてまいりましたので、今後もその通りお務めください。後日のための譲渡証文として、よって件の如し。

Document of House and Lot Transfer
Item: Regarding our separate residence in the same town, with a frontage of two and a half ken and a depth of twenty-one ken (※crossed out: six sun) (※crossed out: received from previous house owner ■bei) (※crossed out: document) as recorded in the house register. Since that person (Wakichi) had a common-law relationship with the deceased Bansuke, we hereby transfer this property to him in perpetuity. There is no disagreement regarding this matter. Concerning this house and lot, neither relatives nor any other parties have any objections. Should anyone raise objections, we will promptly resolve the matter with witnesses present.
Regarding official duties for the government, as half-duties have been performed until now, please continue to perform them in the same manner hereafter. This transfer document is for future reference, therefore as stated above.
