一西之御縁類に若年寄伺候 一西之御縁之方に畳敷之高家鷹之間  詰之四品以上列居 一南板縁頭に諸大夫之鷹之間詰同  嫡子御奏者番同嫡子菊間縁類詰  同嫡子番頭芙蓉之間御役人列候 一二之間北之間二本目三本目柱  之間より御襖障子際東之方え  四品以上之御譜代大名列候 一二之間諸大夫之御譜代大名同  嫡子三之間に布衣以上の御役人  法印法服之医師列居

一、西の御縁側には若年寄が伺候した 一、西の御縁側の方には畳敷きで、高家で鷹之間詰の四品以上の者たちが列座した 一、南板縁の上座には諸大夫の鷹之間詰と同じく、嫡子で御奏者番と同じく嫡子、菊間縁側詰と同じく嫡子、番頭、芙蓉之間の御役人たちが列座した 一、二之間の北之間で二本目三本目の柱の間から御襖障子際の東の方へ、四品以上の御譜代大名が列座した 一、二之間には諸大夫の御譜代大名と同じく嫡子、三之間には布衣以上の御役人、法印法服の医師が列座した

1. On the western verandah, the wakadoshiyori (junior councilors) were in attendance 1. On the western verandah side, with tatami mats laid out, the kōke (court nobles) of fourth rank and above who were assigned to the Taka-no-ma waited in rows 1. At the head of the southern board verandah, like the shodaibū assigned to the Taka-no-ma, their eldest sons who served as gojōshaban, their eldest sons, those assigned to the Kikuma verandah and their eldest sons, bantō, and officials from the Fuyō-no-ma were lined up 1. In the second room's northern section, from between the second and third pillars toward the eastern side near the sliding doors, hereditary daimyo of fourth rank and above were lined up 1. In the second room were hereditary daimyo of shodaibū rank and their eldest sons; in the third room were officials of hōi rank and above, and physicians in hōin clerical robes were seated in rows
