披露具志川出席御下段下より
四畳目にて奉九拝て退去御太刀
目録御奏者番引候
一右近将監 召之具志川儀遠境
相誠太義に候思召旨被 仰出候
於御次 御諚の趣薩摩守え右近
将監伝之則具志川え薩摩守進之
御請申上候其趣右近将監え薩摩守

一具志川定而出席自分之御礼於板縁
奉三拝御奏者番披露退座大目付
河野豊前守能勢因幡守案内而殿上之間え

披露された具志川は出席し、御下段下から四畳目において九拝を奉じて退去した。御太刀の目録は御奏者番が引き取った。
一、右近将監が召した具志川について、遠境から参り誠に大儀であるとの思召しの旨を仰せ出された。御次において御諚の趣を右近将監が薩摩守へ伝え、すぐに具志川へ薩摩守が伝えた。御請けを申し上げたその趣を薩摩守が右近将監へ述べた。
一、具志川は定例として出席し、自分の御礼を板縁において三拝を奉じ、御奏者番が披露して退座した。大目付の河野豊前守と能勢因幡守の案内で殿上の間へ

After being announced, Gushikawa appeared and performed nine prostrations (kyūhai) from the fourth tatami mat below the lower level, then withdrew. The inventory list for the ceremonial sword was taken by the gojōshaban.
1. Regarding Gushikawa, whom Ukon Shōgen had summoned, it was proclaimed that His Majesty thought it was truly commendable that he had come from such a distant land. In the antechamber, Ukon Shōgen conveyed the purport of the imperial command to Satsuma no Kami, who immediately relayed it to Gushikawa. Satsuma no Kami then reported to Ukon Shōgen the content of Gushikawa's respectful acceptance.
1. Gushikawa, as was customary, appeared and performed his own ceremonial greeting with three prostrations on the wooden veranda. After the gojōshaban announced this, he withdrew from his seat. Under the guidance of the ōmetsuke Kōno Bunzen no Kami and Nose Inaba no Kami, [he proceeded] to the Denjō no Ma (Hall of the Elevated)
