差上申御請書之事
一 入野谷郷黒河入御立山之内餓鬼ケ国ゟ瀧の泉
迄物平通
右之御山此度御願申上挽板仕度段并御聞済罷成下
難有仕合奉存候右挽板其外猥成義仕間敷候依之
此度被 仰付候御■目之通奉畏御請印形仕候
上者諸事堅相守可申候杣木挽日雇慥成者吟味役
御山入可仕候事
一御領分者勿論御他領山続境目入念
御領之内多り玄御繕或之外者一切入申間敷候置
奉畏候其段杣木挽日盛言え急度申渡盛為
相守可申候万一不届有之義外々ゟ相知レ候而御詮
義之上如何様之曲事ニも可被 仰付候事
一御運上金之義者職人壱人ニ付壱ケ年ニ金弐両弐朱
宛御上納可仕候事
右之通御山当卯年ゟ来ル巳年迄三ヶ年御請負
仕己年当中には御改を渡御山上納可仕候引続
相願候は巳暮至り御山名所付を御願可申上候依而

差し上げ申す御請書の事
一、入野谷郷・黒河内御立山の内、餓鬼ヶ国より滝の泉まで物平通り
右の御山について、この度お願い申し上げた挽板（製材）を行いたい旨、お聞き届けいただけましたことを、ありがたく存じ奉ります。右の挽板、その他みだりなことは致しません。これにより、この度お申し付けいただいた御条目の通り、謹んでお請けし、印形を押印いたします。以上の上は、諸事かたく相守り申すべく候。杣・木挽・日雇いについては、確かな者を吟味の上、御山へ入山させます。
一、御領分はもちろんのこと、他領との山の境目についても入念に注意し、御領内の範囲より外には一切立ち入りません。謹んでお受けします。その旨、杣・木挽・日雇いの者どもへ、きつく申し渡し、必ず守らせます。万一、不届きな者がいて、他の方々からそれが発覚し、御詮議の上、いかなる厳罰をもお申し付けいただいても構いません。
一、御運上金については、職人一人につき一ヶ年に金二両二朱ずつ御上納いたします。
右の通り、御山を当卯年より来る巳年まで三ヶ年、御請負いたします。巳年の当中には御改めを経て、御山上納いたします。引き続きお願いする場合は、巳年の暮れまでに御山の名所付けをお願い申し上げます。よって、御請証文、件の如し。

Statement of Pledge Hereby Submitted
Item: Within the domain's reserved mountain (on-tateyama) of Kurokochi in Irinoya-gō, [the area] from Gakigakuni to Taki-no-Izumi, along the Monodaira road/passage.
Regarding the said mountain, we are most gratefully informed that our petition to conduct board-sawing (hikiita) has been granted. We will not engage in any unauthorized activities beyond the said board-sawing. In accordance with the regulations (o-jōmoku) that have been issued to us on this occasion, we humbly accept and affix our seals. Henceforth, we shall strictly observe all matters [set forth herein]. With respect to woodcutters (soma), sawyers (kokibi), and day laborers (hiyatoi), we will carefully screen reliable individuals before permitting them to enter the mountain.
Item: We will be especially careful not only within the domain but also at the boundaries with other domains' mountains, and will absolutely not enter beyond the boundaries of this domain. We humbly accept this condition. We will strictly convey this instruction to all woodcutters, sawyers, and day laborers, and ensure it is observed. Should any misconduct occur and come to light through others, and upon investigation any punishment whatsoever be imposed, we will have no objection.
Item: Regarding the annual tribute (un'jōkin), we will duly pay two ryō and two shu of gold per craftsman per year.
As stated above, we undertake the contract for the said mountain for a period of three years, from the current Year of the Rabbit (U) through the coming Year of the Snake (Mi). During the Year of the Snake, we will undergo an inspection and make the required payments. Should we wish to continue thereafter, we will submit a petition with the designated place names (meisho-tsuke) of the mountain by the end of the Year of the Snake. This pledge document is submitted accordingly.
