戊辰の日 猪頭（ゐのしゝのかしら）を以て竈（かまど）に祀（まつ）
るべし求（もとむ）る所心のまゝなり
○狐（きつね）を穴（あな）へかへさゝる方
犀角（さいかく）をきつねの穴に入おく
べしその穴（あな）へ二度かへることなし
又 害（がい）をなす事もなし
○猪（ゐ）のしゝ田畠（たはた）を荒（あら）さゞる

鹿角屑（しかのつのゝこ）を搗（つき）て末（まつ）とし水に
てひとさぢ吞（のま）しむべしつき
たる物かならず実（じつ）をいふべし
○五穀（ごこく）を食（くは）ずして餓（うゑ）ざる法
白茅根（はくばうこん）をとりて洗（あら）ひて咀嚼（かみくら）
ふべし又は石の上にてさらし
乾（かわか）し搗（つき）て末となし一匕（ひとさぢ）づゝ
のむべし餓（うゆ）ることなし
○悪瘡（あくさう）凍瘡（あかぎれ）をふせぐ方
五月五日に独蒜（にんにく）をとりて搗（つき）
たゞらかし手足（てあし）身（み）にも面（かほ）にも
ひたとぬるべし一年中（いちねんぢう）諸種（しよしゆ）

菜種（なたね）の油（あぶら）を髪（かみ）につくれば髪（かみ）長（なが）くなりて
光沢（つや）出るなり
　○黄疸（わうたん）の薬
一 鶏卵（たまご）一ッ殻（から）ともに黒焼（くろやき）にし酢（す）一合にて
あたゝめ服（ふく）すべし鼻（はな）より虫（むし）出て愈（い）ゆまた
甜瓜（まくは）の蔕（ほぞ）四十九を六月にとり丁子（ちやうじ）四十九
と合せ鍋（なべ）にて煙（けふり）の立やむまで焼（やき）て末（まつ）とし
大人に壱匙（ひとさぢ）小児（せうに）に半匙（はんさぢ）づゝ鼻（はな）の内にたび
〳〵吹（ふき）入るべし忽（たちまち）にいゆる也
　○ねぶとの薬
一 青木（あをき）の葉を火にあふれば音（おと）ありては
ねる也其時とりて二まゐにへぎねぶとの上に
張付（はりつく）ればよく膿（うみ）を吸（すひ）てはやくいゆるなり

また石蕗（つはぶき）の葉を右のごとくしてねぶとの
上につくべしねぶとのみならず諸（もろ〳〵）の腫物（しゆもつ）に
つけていづれもよし
　○諸（もろ〳〵）腫物（はれもの）の妙薬
一 何の腫物（はれもの）にてもうみて痛（いたみ）甚（はなはだ）しきに唐大黄（たうだいわう）
の粉（こ）を大楓子（だいふうし）の油（あぶら）にときてはれたる上に
ぬり付おけば一夜（いちや）のうちに口あきて膿（うみ）血（ち）多（おほ）
く出てたちまちに愈（いゆ）べし
　○痰（たん）の薬
一 竹葉（たけのは）《割書：大｜》黒豆（くろまめ）《割書：中｜》甘草（かんざう）《割書：小｜》 三味水にせんじ
用ふべし即効（そくかう）あり又方
飴（あめ）を豆腐（とうふ）の湯（ゆ）にてせんじ頻（しきり）にのむべし
また藕（はすね）の汁（しる）梨子（なし）の汁 等分（とうぶん）に合せ用ゆべし

現代語訳

【右丁頭書】
戊辰の日に猪の頭で竈を祀るべし。求める所は心のままである。

○狐を穴に帰らせない方法
犀の角を狐の穴に入れておくべし。その穴に二度と帰ることはなく、また害をなすこともない。

○猪が田畑を荒らさないまじない
夜毎に女性の機織りの道具を猪の来る所に置くべし。

○狐、狸、猫又などが人に憑いて何者ともわからないものを知る方法
鹿の角の屑を搗いて粉末とし、水で一匙飲ませるべし。憑いている物は必ず正体を明かすであろう。

○五穀を食べずに飢えない法
白茅根を取って洗い、噛んで食べるべし。または石の上で晒し乾燥させ、搗いて粉末とし一匙ずつ飲むべし。飢えることがない。

○悪瘡（悪性のできもの）や凍瘡（あかぎれ）を防ぐ方法
五月五日にニンニクを取って搗き潰し、手足や身体にも顔にもしっかりと塗るべし。一年中あらゆる種類の

菜種油を髪に付けると髪が長くなり艶が出る。

○黄疸の薬
一　鶏卵一個を殻ごと黒焼きにし、酢一合で温めて服用すべし。鼻から虫が出て治る。また
マクワウリの蔕（へた）49個を六月に取り、丁子49個と合わせて鍋で煙が立たなくなるまで焼いて粉末とし、大人に一匙、小児に半匙ずつ鼻の中に度々吹き入れるべし。たちまちに治る。

○腫れ物（ねぶと）の薬
一　青木の葉を火に当てると音がしてはねる。その時取って二枚に剥ぎ、腫れ物の上に貼り付けるとよく膿を吸ってすぐに治る。

また石蕗（つわぶき）の葉を右のようにして腫れ物の上に付けるべし。腫れ物のみならずあらゆる腫物に付けてどれもよい。

○あらゆる腫れ物の妙薬
一　どんな腫れ物でも化膿して痛みが激しい時に、唐大黄の粉を大楓子の油で溶いて腫れた上に塗り付けておけば、一夜のうちに口が開いて膿血が多く出てたちまちに治るであろう。

○痰の薬
一　竹葉（大）、黒豆（中）、甘草（小）の三味を水で煎じて用いるべし。即効がある。また別の方法として
飴を豆腐の茹で汁で煎じて頻繁に飲むべし。
また蓮根の汁と梨の汁を等分に合わせて用いるべし。

○Medicine for jaundice
Char one chicken egg with its shell, warm it with one gō of vinegar and take it. Worms will emerge from the nose and it will heal. Also,
Take 49 melon stems in the sixth month, combine with 49 cloves, burn in a pot until no more smoke rises, make into powder, and blow into the nostrils repeatedly - one spoonful for adults, half a spoonful for children. It will heal immediately.

○Medicine for swellings (nebuto)
When aucuba leaves are held to fire, they make a sound and pop. Take them at that moment, split into two layers, and apply to the swelling - it will absorb pus well and heal quickly.

Also apply farfugium leaves in the same manner to swellings. This works well not only for swellings but for all kinds of tumors.

○Miraculous medicine for all swellings
For any swelling that has festered with severe pain, mix rhubarb powder with chaulmoogra oil and apply to the swollen area - within one night it will open and discharge much pus and blood, healing immediately.

○Medicine for phlegm
Decoct bamboo leaves (large portion), black beans (medium portion), and licorice (small portion) in water. It has immediate effect. Another method:
Decoct candy in tofu water and drink frequently.
Also, mix lotus root juice and pear juice in equal parts and use.
