物 悪瘡（あくさう）生（しやう）ずることなし冬
あかぎれ切るゝことなし妙也
○子をまうくる方
二月 丁亥（ひのとゐ）の日 杏花（きやうくわ）と桃花（とうくわ）と
をとりて陰干（かげぼし）にし末（こ）にして
戊子（つちのえね）の日 井美水（くみたてのみづ）にて一匕
ふくすべし日に三度のむ也
かならず孕（はら）むこと妙
○男子（なんし）をまうくる方
虎（とら）の鼻（はな）を以て居間（ゐま）の戸（と）の
うへに懸（かけ）おくべし生るゝ子
かならず男子也
○難産（なんざん）を生（うま）するまじなひ
蓮花（れんげ）一ひらに人といふ字を
かきて吞すべし安（やす）く産（さん）す
ること妙也又
桃仁（とうにん）壱 粒（りう）を二ッにさきて一片（いつへん）

吞べし即時（そくじ）に出生（しゆつしやう）す又
牛屎（うしぐそ）の中にまりじて出たる
大豆（まめ）一粒をとりてわりて
両片（りやうへん）とし一方（いつはう）に父（ちゝ）といふ字
をかき一方に子（こ）といふ字をかき
又合せて紙（かみ）につゝみて水にて
母にのますべし忽（たちま）ちに産（さん）する也
又 大豆（まめ）一粒をわりて一方には
伊（い）の字をかき一方には勢（せ）の字
をかき合せつゝみて水にて吞（のま）す
べし男子（なんし）は左女子は右の手に
この大豆（まめ）を持（もち）て生（うま）るゝなり
疑（うたが）ふべからず
○樹（き）に毛虫（けむし）を生ぜぬ方
木の根（ね）に蚕蛾（さんが）をうづむべし

またせき入て気（き）を失（うしな）ふほどなるには竹瀝（ちくれき）
《割書：竹をあぶりて｜とりたる汁也》を用ゆべし白（しら）しめの油にてもよし
たちまちに治（ぢ）する也また大根（だいこん）の実（み）をせんじ
用ゆるもよく菜（な）の根（ね）をせんじてもよし
いづれも皆（みな）奇効（きかう）あり
　○脱肛（だつこう）を治する薬
一 肛門（しりのあな）ふくれて長くいづるを脱肛（だつこう）といふ
鮒（ふな）のかしらを黒焼（くろやき）にして酒（さけ）にて飲（のむ）べし
また油（あぶら）にまぜてぬり付るもよし又方
黄連（わうれん）一味水にてときぬりつけてよし
　○癩風（かつたい）の妙薬
一 松脂（まつやに）をねり水に入れ煉（ね）る事二十度して
蜜（みつ）にて胡桝（こせう）【椒】ほどに丸（ぐわん）し二十 粒（りう）づゝ空腹（すきはら）に

白湯（さゆ）にて用ゆべし久しくして効（しるし）あり一切（いつさい）
塩気（しほけ）の物をいむべし又方
石灰（いしばひ）二升五合 水（みづ）にかきまぜすまして其水に
て蓮葉（はすのは）三十 枚（まい）をせんじ五六日に一度づゝ半（はん）

現代語訳

【右丁頭書】
物（できもの）や悪瘡（悪性のできもの）が生じることはなく、冬にあかぎれが切れることもない。素晴らしい効果である。

○子を授かる方法
二月の丁亥の日に杏の花と桃の花を取って陰干しにし、粉末にする。戊子の日に汲み立ての水で一匙服用すべし。日に三度飲む。必ず妊娠すること間違いなし。

○男子を授かる方法
虎の鼻を居間の戸の上に掛けておくべし。生まれる子は必ず男子である。

○難産を楽にするまじない
蓮の花びら一枚に「人」という字を書いて飲むべし。安産になること間違いなし。また
桃の種一粒を二つに割いて、一片

には「可」の字を書き、一片には「出」の字を書き、また合わせてこれを飲むべし。すぐに出産する。また
牛の糞の中で発芽して出た大豆一粒を取って割り、両片とし、一方に「父」という字を書き、一方に「子」という字を書き、また合わせて紙に包んで水で母に飲ませるべし。すぐに出産する。
また大豆一粒を割って、一方には「伊」の字を書き、一方には「勢」の字を書き、合わせて包んで水で飲むべし。男子は左、女子は右の手にこの大豆を持って生まれる。疑うべからず。

○木に毛虫を発生させない方法
木の根に蚕蛾を埋めるべし。

また咳き込んで気を失うほどの場合には竹瀝（竹を炙って取った汁）を用いるべし。白胡麻の油でもよい。すぐに治る。また大根の種を煎じて用いるのもよく、菜の根を煎じてもよい。いずれも皆、優れた効果がある。

○脱肛を治す薬
一　肛門が腫れて長く出るのを脱肛という。鮒の頭を黒焼きにして酒で飲むべし。また油に混ぜて塗り付けるのもよい。別の方法として
黄連一味を水で溶いて塗り付けてもよい。

○ハンセン病の妙薬
一　松脂を練って水に入れ、練ること二十度して、蜜で胡椒ほどの大きさに丸め、二十粒ずつ空腹時に

Bury silkworm moths at the roots of the tree.

For severe coughing that causes loss of consciousness, use bamboo sap (juice obtained by roasting bamboo). White sesame oil is also good. It heals immediately. Decocting radish seeds works well, and decocting turnip roots is also good. All have remarkable effects.

○Medicine to treat rectal prolapse
Rectal prolapse is when the anus swells and protrudes at length. Char crucian carp heads and drink with sake. Mixing with oil and applying is also good. Another method:

○Miraculous medicine for leprosy
Knead pine resin, put in water and knead twenty times, then form pills the size of peppercorns with honey. Take twenty pills at a time on an empty stomach with
