　をなほす方
鼠（ねずみ）の目（め）を一ッとりて焼（やき）て魚（うを）の
あぶらにて丸薬（ぐわんやく）としその人の
目眥（まじり）にいれおくべし又 絳嚢（あかきふくろ）
に二ッ入ておぶべし
○小児（せうに）の寐小便（ねせうべん）せぬまじなひ
紅紙（あかがみ）にて馬のかたちを四疋（しひき）

下にしくべし尤（もつとも）七夜（なゝよ）つゞけて
如斯（かくのごとく）してなほる事妙なり
○息（いき）の臭（くさ）きを治（ぢ）するまじなひ
毎月 朔日（ついたち）日（ひ）の出（いで）ざる前（まへ）に口
中に水をふくみ東（ひがし）の方より
あるくこと七足（なゝあし）にしてうしろへ
向（む）き東（ひがし）の方の壁（かべ）にむかひ
立ながら含（ふく）みたる水を七度
はくべし口（くち）のくさみさる事
妙（めう）なり
○雀目（とりめ）を治（ぢ）するまじなひ
とり目（め）の人を暮（くれ）がたに雀（すゞめ）の
やどる所へつれ行 雀（すゞめ）を見せ
さて雀（すゞめ）を竹竿（たけざを）にて打おどろ
かし雀（すゞめ）のとぶ時 此文（このもん）をとなふ
べし

一 竹木（ちくぼく）のそげたちたるに甘草（かんざう）をかみて
つけておけば抜出（ぬけいづ）るなり深（ふか）く入たるには
度々つけてよしまた蟷螂（かまきり）をとり陰（かげ）
干（ぼし）にしておき麦飯（むぎめし）のそくひにおしまぜて
つくべし抜出（ぬけいづ）ること奇妙（きめう）なり
　○そら手を直（なほ）す方
一そら手《割書：何といふことなく手いたみて物をとる時など大に｜ひゞくを俗にそら手といふ又小うでのさがり》
《割書：たるなど｜もいふ》には古綿（ふるわた）を火にくべその煙（けふり）にて薫（ふすむ）
ればすなはちやむくぢきたがひたるにもよし
　○血（ち）とめの一方
一五月五日に韮（にら）のしぼり汁をとり石灰（いしばひ）の
粉（こ）にこね合せ餅（もち）のごとくして風のすく処に
つりおくべし細末（さいまつ）にして一切（いつさい）の斬瘡（きりきす）に付（つく）るに

血（ち）をとめてはやく愈（いゆ）ること妙々なり年（とし）を
経（へ）て久（ひさ）しきほど其功（そのこう）ありたくはへおくべし
　○魚骨（うをのほね）喉（のど）にたちたる薬
一 魚骨（うをのほね）喉（のど）にたちてぬけがたきに鳳仙花（ほうせんくわ）の
実（み）を舌（した）のさきにおけばそのまゝぬける事
妙なり或（あるひ）は粉（こ）にして吞（のみ）てもよし又 橄欖（かんらん）
子（し）の末（まつ）を飲（のむ）もよしまた鵜（う）の吭（のど）をとり干（ほし）
おきてその中より水をのみてよし速（すみや）かに
ぬけるなり《割書：鵜（う）の吭（のど）とてきり〳〵と巻（まき）たるごとき物をいふは｜のどにはあらずよく〳〵たづねて貯（たくは）へおくべし》
　○霍乱（くわくらん）の急方（きふはう）
炎暑（えんしよ）の時気（じき）に中られて腹痛（ふくつう）吐瀉（としや）甚（はなはだ）しく
悶（もだ）へ苦（くる）しむを霍乱（くわくらん）といふ急（きふ）に救（すくは）ざれば死（し）に
至る諸薬（しよやく）の内 尤（もつとも）簡便（かんべん）【左に「ヤスキ」と傍記】なるをこゝに記（しる）す

○いくら寝ても眠たいのを治す方法
鼠の目を一つ取って焼き、魚の油で丸薬として、その人の目尻に入れておくべし。また赤い袋に二つ入れて身につけるべし。

○小児の夜尿を止めるまじない
赤い紙で馬の形を四匹

切り作って小児の寝る床の下に敷くべし。最も七夜続けてこのようにすると治ることは妙である。

○息の臭いを治すまじない
毎月一日、日の出前に口中に水を含み、東の方から歩くこと七歩にして後ろを向き、東の方の壁に向かって立ったまま含んだ水を七度吐くべし。口の臭さが去ることは妙である。

○夜盲症を治すまじない
夜盲症の人を夕方に雀の宿る所へ連れて行き、雀を見せ、さて雀を竹竿で打って驚かし、雀が飛ぶ時にこの文を唱えるべし。

一　竹木のとげが刺さったものに甘草を噛んでつけておけば抜け出る。深く入ったものには度々つけてよい。またカマキリを取って陰干しにしておき、麦飯のおかゆに押し交ぜてつけるべし。抜け出ることは奇妙である。

○腱鞘炎を治す方法
一　腱鞘炎（何ということなく手が痛んで物を取る時などに大いに響くのを俗に腱鞘炎という。また前腕が下がったりするのも言う）には古綿を火にくべ、その煙で燻せばすぐに止む。脱臼・骨折にもよい。

○止血の一方法
一　五月五日にニラの絞り汁を取り、石灰の粉にこね合わせ、餅のようにして風通しの良い所に吊るしておくべし。細かい粉末にして一切の切り傷につけると

血を止めて早く治ることは非常に妙である。年を経て古いほどその効果があり、蓄えておくべし。

○魚の骨が喉に刺さった時の薬
一　魚の骨が喉に刺さって抜けにくい時、ホウセンカの実を舌の先に置けばそのまま抜ける事は妙である。或いは粉にして飲んでもよい。またカンランの実の粉末を飲むのもよい。また鵜の喉を取って干しておき、その中から水を飲んでよい。速やかに抜ける。（鵜の喉といってきりきりと巻いたような物を言うのは喉ではない。よくよく尋ねて蓄えておくべし）

○霍乱の応急方法
炎暑の時期に暑気に当たって腹痛・吐瀉が甚だしく、もだえ苦しむのを霍乱という。急に救わなければ死に至る。諸薬の内で最も簡便なものをここに記す。

○Charm to stop children's bedwetting

○Charm to cure bad breath
On the first day of every month, before sunrise, hold water in the mouth, walk seven steps from the east, then turn around and face the eastern wall, and spit out the held water seven times while standing. The bad smell of the mouth will disappear miraculously.

○Charm to cure night blindness
Take a person with night blindness to where sparrows roost in the evening, show them the sparrows, then strike the sparrows with a bamboo pole to startle them, and when the sparrows fly, recite this incantation.

When bamboo or wood splinters are embedded, chew licorice and apply it, and they will come out. For deeply embedded ones, apply repeatedly. Also, catch a praying mantis, dry it in the shade, mix it into barley rice porridge and apply. The splinters will come out miraculously.

○Method to cure repetitive strain injury
For repetitive strain injury (when hands hurt for no particular reason and throb greatly when picking up things, commonly called repetitive strain injury; also refers to when the forearm droops), burn old cotton and fumigate with its smoke, and it will stop immediately. It's also good for dislocations and fractures.

○One method for stopping bleeding
On May 5th, extract juice from Chinese chives, knead it with lime powder to make it like mochi, and hang it in a windy place. Make it into fine powder and apply to any cuts.

It stops bleeding and heals quickly, which is truly miraculous. The older it gets over the years, the more effective it becomes, so it should be stored.

○Medicine for fish bones stuck in the throat
When fish bones are stuck in the throat and difficult to remove, place garden balsam seeds on the tip of the tongue and they will come out immediately, which is miraculous. Alternatively, powder them and swallow. Drinking powdered Chinese olive seeds is also good. Also, take a cormorant's throat, dry it, and drink water through it. It will come out quickly. (What is called a cormorant's throat, which looks like something tightly coiled, is not actually the throat. Inquire carefully and store it.)

○Emergency treatment for cholera
Being struck by heat during hot weather, causing severe abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea, and writhing in agony is called cholera. Without quick treatment, it leads to death. Among all medicines, the most convenient ones are recorded here.
