○雲東へゆけば晴（はる）西へゆけば雨
東南へゆけばはる是西北風なる
故なり京都にては雲清水の
かたへゆけば必晴るなり
○乾（いぬゐ）の方雲赤くしてやう〳〵
きゆるは晴あかくして又色 変（へん）
ずるときは風雨なり
○魚の鱗（うろこ）のごとくなる雲あるは
雨又は風又ところ〳〵に虎ふの
ごとくこまかに横（よこ）にすぢある
雲たつはこれを水まさといひ
て見（あらは）るゝ時はかならず一両日に雨
ふるなりまた潟（かた）雲といふ有
汐（しほ）のひかたのごとく満（まん）天に大
なる横すぢありこれもやがて
雨ふる也
○雲気みだれとぶは大風ふかん

とするなり雲の来る方より
烈風（れつふう）吹来（ふききた）るべし其方の防（ふせぎ）を
心がくべし
○日の上下（かみしも）に雲気（うんき）ありて竜（りやう）の
ごとく見ゆるはかならず風雨有
久しく日てりて赤雲（あかきくも）天を過（すぎ）
て山谷（さんこく）をかゝやかすは明る日雨
○秋（あき）の空（そら）には雲ありても風
なければ雨なし又 東（ひがし）のかたに
雲を生（しやう）ずる時は雨あり
○雨やみ雲はるゝとも山頭（さんとう）【「ミネ」左ルビ】を
雲（くも）おほひかくす時は又雨ふる
○朝日の上に黒雲（くろくも）有て霧（きり）の
如く日を覆（おほ）ひ日の光（ひかり）かたはら
に射（い）てうすく黄白 色（いろ）なるは
その日風雨あり暮（くれ）つかた日
入るときにかくのごとくなれば

　○蒲萄疔（ぶどうてう）の薬
一蒲萄疔とて蒲萄のごとき物一夜の内にも
出来るを療（れう）治の方を知らざれば一日がほどに
死（し）するものなり灸（きう）をすゑ生（なま）の大豆を食
しめて試（こゝろ）むべし灸もあつからず大豆もなま
くさからずしていかにも香（かうば）しくおぼゆるは蒲萄
疔（てう）なりこれを治するには蒜を黒 焼（やき）にして付
べし速（すみやか）に癒（いえ）て命を助（たす）かるべし糊（のり）におしまぜ
付るがよし此薬の外はいかなる名 医（い）の方にて
も治せざるなり
　○やみ眼（め）の薬
一 胡 粉（ふん）　一白 礬（ばん）《割書：焼て》二味 等（とう）分一 竜脳（りうのう）《割書：少シ》
右を貝（かひ）に一はいほど絹にてこし一日に五六度もさ

すべし奇妙（きめう）によし
　○眼（め）に物の入たるを治（ぢ）する方
一 目（め）に何（なに）にても入たるにははこべの実（み）を少（すこ）し紙索（こより）
のさきにつけて目の中へ入ればくる〳〵とまはり
少（すこ）しも痛（いたみ）なく少しの間（あひだ）に出るなり眼（め）をあきてゐ
れども少しも痛（いた）まず甚（はなはだ）奇妙（きめう）なり目の白膜（はくまく）
虚血（きよけつ）怒肉（どにく）にても右の実（み）に付て出るをぬぐひて
とれば跡（あと）にてあきらかになるなり
　○目を廻（まは）したる時の方
一目をまはしたる人其名を呼（よび）ても気付（きつき）かぬる時
其家（そのいへ）の屋根（やね）の上へあがり瓦（かはら）をまくり其人の
名（な）を呼（よぶ）べし早速（さつそく）気（き）つく事妙なり

現代語訳

【右丁頭書】
○雲が東へ行けば晴れ、西へ行けば雨。東南へ行けば晴れる。これは西北風のためである。京都では雲が清水の方へ行けば必ず晴れる。
○乾（北西）の方角で雲が赤くして次第に消えるのは晴れ。赤くしてまた色が変わる時は風雨となる。
○魚の鱗のような雲があるのは雨または風。またところどころに虎の毛皮のように細かく横に筋がある雲が立つのを「水まさ」と言い、現れる時は必ず1〜2日で雨が降る。また「潟雲」という、潮の引き潟のように満天に大きな横筋があり、これもすぐに雨が降る。
○雲気が乱れ飛ぶのは大風が吹こうとするため。雲の来る方向から激しい風が吹いてくるだろう。その方角の防備を心がけるべし。

○日の上下に雲気があって龍のように見えるのは必ず風雨がある。長く日照りが続いて赤雲が天を過ぎて山谷を照らすのは翌日雨。
○秋の空には雲があっても風がなければ雨はない。また東の方に雲が生じる時は雨がある。
○雨が止み雲が晴れても、山頂を雲が覆い隠す時はまた雨が降る。
○朝日の上に黒雲があって霧のように日を覆い、日の光が脇に射して薄く黄白色になるのは、その日風雨がある。夕方日が入る時にこのようになれば。

　○ぶどう疔の薬
ぶどう疔とはぶどうのような物が一夜のうちにもできるもので、治療法を知らなければ一日ほどで死ぬものである。灸をすえて生の大豆を食べさせて試すべし。灸も熱からず大豆も生臭からず、なんとも香ばしく感じるのはぶどう疔である。これを治すには蒜を黒焼きにして付けるべし。速やかに癒えて命を助かるだろう。糊に混ぜて付けるのが良い。この薬以外はどんな名医の処方でも治せない。
　○失明の薬
胡粉　白礬《焼いて》二味等分　竜脳《少し》　右を貝殻一杯ほど絹でこし、一日に5〜6度もさ

すべし。非常に良い。
　○眼に物が入ったのを治す方法
目に何でも入った時は、はこべの実を少し紙縒りの先に付けて目の中へ入れればくるくると回り、少しも痛まず少しの間に出る。眼を開けていても少しも痛まず、非常に不思議である。目の白膜・虚血・怒肉でも右の実に付いて出るのをぬぐって取れば、後で明らかになる。
　○目を回した時の方法
目を回した人で、その名を呼んでも気がつかない時、その家の屋根の上に上がり瓦をめくってその人の名を呼ぶべし。早速気がつくことは不思議である。

　○Medicine for grape boils
Grape boils are grape-like growths that can appear even in one night, and if one doesn't know the treatment method, the person will die within about a day. Apply moxibustion and have them eat raw soybeans as a test. If the moxibustion doesn't feel hot and the soybeans don't taste raw or fishy but seem fragrant, it is a grape boil. To treat this, char garlic until black and apply it. It will heal quickly and save the person's life. It's good to mix it with paste before applying. No other medicine, even from the most famous doctors, can cure this.
　○Medicine for blindness
Powdered oyster shell, burnt alum (in equal parts), a little borneol. Strain about one shell-full through silk and apply it 5-6 times a day.

　○Method to treat foreign objects in the eye
When anything enters the eye, put a little chickweed seed on the tip of a paper twist and insert it into the eye. It will spin around without any pain and come out in a short time. Even with the eye open, there is no pain at all, which is extremely mysterious. Even with white membrane, blood deficiency, or angry flesh in the eye, they will attach to the seed and come out; wipe them away and the eye will become clear afterward.
　○Method for when someone faints
When a person faints and doesn't respond even when their name is called, go up on the roof of their house, lift up the roof tiles, and call their name. They will regain consciousness immediately, which is mysterious.
