雲なければ雨なし暮（くれ）にも又西
北を見て雲なければ雨なし
上（うへ）に風（かぜ）吹（ふき）て雲ひらくとも下に
風雲あらば又雨
○朝夕（あさゆふ）ともに雲ありても段々（きれ〴〵）
になりて分明（ふんみやう）なるは晴

○梅雨（つゆ）の後（のち）白雲たかくして
峰（みね）のごとく綿（わた）の如くにわき出
るは雨 止（やみ）たるしるしなり
○西より東へ高（たか）くゆく雲の
白くして綿（わた）のごとくなるをす
がいといふ四時（しじ）共に晴天（せいてん）に有
此雲（このくも）は天気（てんき）の考（かんがへ）にはくはへ
ざるがよし秋（あき）西風（にしかぜ）にては雨ふ
るといへども此雲にはかゝはらず
○日入て後 赤（あか）き雲（くも）四方（しはう）に
ありて天をてらすは旱（ひでり）なり
○天色（てんのいろ）黄（き）なるは風白くうすき
は風雨 天気（てんき）卑（ひき）く下りてくら
きは三日の内に雨ふる
○西北 赤（あか）くして気（き）清（きよ）きは明日

一 耳（みゝ）の中（なか）へものゝ入たる時は唐弓（たうゆみ）の弦（つる）をきり
小口（こぐち）へ膠（にかは）を付てさしいれて出すべし若（もし）弓弦（ゆづる）
なきときは観世（くわんぜ）よりにても切口（きりくち）へ膠（にかは）をつけて
いだすなり又 竹（たけ）の管（くだ）にて強（つよ）く吹てもよし
　○耳（みゝ）より膿（うみ）出（いづ）る薬
一 枯凡（こはん）《割書：壱匁｜》　一 黄丹（わうたん）《割書：五分｜》末（まつ）にして耳の中へふき
入るべし腫（はれ）痛（いた）むにもよし血（ち）の出るには竜骨（りうこつ）を
粉として吹入るべし
　○湯火傷（やけど）の薬
一 柏真（びやくしん）を生（なま）にてすりつぶして其 汁（しる）を付べし
妙なり又 南天蜀（なんてんしよく）の葉（は）をすり菱（ひし）の汁にて
つけてよし又方
白砂糖（しろざたう）を水にてとき火傷（やけど）の上へ一面（いちめん）につけ置（おき）て

布（ぬの）ぎれか紙（かみ）にてよく包（つゝ）みおけば一夜のうちに
なほるなり又方
生渋（きしぶ）を墨（すみ）にすりて付べし忽（たちま）ちぴりづきを
やめ瘢（あと）つかず癒（いゆ）るなり又 蓼（たで）の葉（は）を黒焼（くろやき）に
して墨（すみ）にてもしぶにてもとき付て妙なり
又 熱湯（にえゆ）或（あるひ）は油（あぶら）などにて灼（やき）傷（やぶ）り痛（いたみ）甚しきには
石膏（せきかう）を末（まつ）して酢（す）にねりて付べし汁（しる）出るには
そのまゝふりかけてよし
又 火傷（やけど）瘡（かさ）のごとくなりて汁出るには柳（やなぎ）の皮（かは）を焼（やき）
灰（はひ）にして付てよし竹（たけ）の中の虫（むし）くそもよし又
大豆（まめ）の煮汁（にしる）を飲（のむ）べしはやくいえて瘢（あと）つかず
　○痢病（りびやう）の薬
一 煮（に）たる鶏卵（たまご）の黄（き）なる所をとり生姜（しやうが）三分入

その夜風雨がある
○朝、東南に雲があっても西北に雲がなければ雨はない。夕方にも西北を見て雲がなければ雨はない。
上空で風が吹いて雲が開いても、下に風雲があればまた雨になる。
○朝夕ともに雲があっても段々と切れ切れになって分明になるのは晴れ。

【左丁頭書】
○朝、西に紫の雲が立つのはすぐに晴れる。
○梅雨の後、白雲が高く峰のように綿のように湧き出るのは雨が止んだ印である。
○西より東へ高く行く雲が白くて綿のようになるのを「すがい」という。四季とも晴天時にある。この雲は天気の判断には加えない方が良い。秋の西風では雨が降るといっても、この雲には関係ない。
○日没後、赤い雲が四方にあって天を照らすのは日照りである。
○天の色が黄色なのは風、白く薄いのは風雨。天気が低く下がって暗いのは3日以内に雨が降る。
○西北が赤くして気が清らかなのは明日

【右丁本文】
耳の中に物が入った時は、弓の弦を切って小口に膠を付けて差し入れて取り出すべし。もし弓弦がない時は観世縒りでも切り口に膠を付けて取り出す。また竹の管で強く吹いても良い。
　○耳から膿が出る薬
枯礬《1匁》　黄丹《5分》　末にして耳の中に吹き入れるべし。腫れ痛むにも良い。血が出るには竜骨を粉にして吹き入れるべし。
　○やけどの薬
柏真を生のまますりつぶしてその汁を付けるべし。不思議に効く。また南天燭の葉をすって菱の汁で付けても良い。また別の方法として、
白砂糖を水で溶いてやけどの上に一面に付けて

布切れか紙でよく包んでおけば一夜のうちに治る。また別の方法として、
生渋を墨ですって付けるべし。たちまちひりつきを止め、傷跡が付かずに癒える。また蓼の葉を黒焼きにして墨でも渋でも溶いて付けると不思議に効く。
また熱湯あるいは油などで焼け傷ができ痛みがひどい時には、石膏を粉にして酢で練って付けるべし。汁が出る時はそのまま振りかけて良い。
またやけどが瘡のようになって汁が出る時には、柳の皮を焼いて灰にして付けると良い。竹の中の虫糞も良い。また大豆の煮汁を飲むべし。早く癒えて傷跡が付かない。
　○下痢の薬
茹でた鶏卵の黄身を取り、生姜3分を入れ

When something enters the ear, cut a bowstring, put glue on the small end, insert it and extract the object. If there is no bowstring, use twisted cord, putting glue on the cut end to extract it. Also, blowing strongly with a bamboo tube works well.
　○Medicine for pus discharge from the ear
Dried alum (1 monme), red lead (5 bu) - make into powder and blow into the ear. Good for swelling and pain too. For bleeding, powder dragon bone and blow it in.
　○Medicine for burns
Crush fresh juniper and apply its juice. It works wonderfully. Also crush leaves of nandina and apply with water chestnut juice. Another method:
Dissolve white sugar in water and apply it all over the burn,

wrap it well with cloth or paper, and it will heal overnight. Another method:
Grind fresh persimmon tannin with ink and apply it. It immediately stops the stinging pain and heals without leaving scars. Also, char knotweed leaves to black ash and mix with ink or tannin to apply - it works wonderfully.
Also, when there are severe burns and pain from hot water or oil, powder gypsum, mix with vinegar and apply. When there is discharge, sprinkle it on directly.
Also, when burns become sore-like with discharge, burn willow bark to ash and apply it. Insect droppings from bamboo are also good. Also drink soybean broth - it heals quickly without leaving scars.

Take the yolk of a boiled egg and add 3 parts ginger
