出＿一乃止旬-日自-愈也如＿レ此大-風-瘡者汗
して表の湿-熱を出さん為なり汗出た

疥瘡の人にても虚弱の人多く浴すべから

日に新日々に新に心の垢を去とす

【右丁】
汗が出るまで」やめず、十日で自然に治ると言っている。このような大風瘡（重篤な皮膚病）の者は、汗をかいて体表の湿熱を排出するためである。汗が出たときは風に当たってはならない。風寒が体表を閉じると、瘡が体内に入って腫れ物に変化することが多い。湿熱による疥瘡の人でも虚弱な人は多く入浴すべきではない。腫れ物となって死ぬ者が多い。自分の体の虚実をよく知ることが肝要である。
○湯坪の内へむやみに入ってはならず、外で身体を洗うべきである。また熱湯に入ってはならないが、ただし病気によるべきである。

およそ温泉の近くの洞穴などへむやみに入ってはならない。沸騰している水をむやみに飲んではならない。毒があることが多い。その土地の者に尋ねてから飲むべきである。
