現代語訳
【右丁】
この聯の意味を用いれば長寿で壮健になることは、なんと素晴らしいことだろうか。
【聯】食事と衣服は常に温和に、四肢はすべて春のように 虚斉【印】
この四少の句の意味によれば、まことに神仏の域に至ることができるだろう。
四少 口中言少（口に出す言葉を少なく） 心頭事少（心に抱く事柄を少なく）
肚中食少（腹中の食べ物を少なく） 自然睡少（自然に睡眠を少なく）
