一 天明七年丁未（1787年）二月二十三日 仕送方御買上米世話役、御中小性に成し下され、四俵一人扶持の御加増を受けた
一 同年九月二十一日 御代官を仰せ付けられた
一 寛政三年亥（1791年）五月十日 御中小性目付仮役を仰せ付けられ、御代官を首尾よく御免となった
頼以君の御代
一 寛政五年癸丑（1793年）十月一日 御代官帰役を仰せ付けられ、郡代支配の洗馬郷・上伊奈郷支配となった
一 寛政六年甲寅（1794年）正月二十日 思し召しあそばされ候につき、急度慎み罷り在り候様仰せ出された
一 同年二月十五日 思し召しあそばされ、御代官役を召し上げられ、向後御用人支配となった
一 同年三月十三日 御含みの筋あそばされ候につき、御供番次席を仰せ付けられ、高二十二俵二人扶持、御次番を仰せ付けられ、御用人支配となった
一 寛政九年丁巳（1797年）五月二十日 元締役所勤め、御仕送方御供番順席を仰せ付けられた
一 寛政十年戊午（1798年）十一月十一日 願いの通り御役を御免、御次番を仰せ付けられた
一 文化元年甲子（1804年）五月二十三日 内願もこれあり候につき、屋敷替えを仰せ付けられ、新屋敷において小林増左衛門跡屋敷を下された
一 文化二年乙丑（1805年）閏八月三日 極老につき、格別の御用捨の筋をもって、御次番に止まるところ、御用捨を成し下された
一 文化三年丙寅（1806年）七月一日 願いの通り隠居、息子芳右衛門に家督を仰せ付けられた

- Kansei 6, Year of the Tiger (1794), 1st month, 20th day: By the lord's will, ordered to remain in strict confinement
- Same year, 2nd month, 15th day: By the lord's will, district administrator position was revoked, placed under administrative officer supervision thereafter
- Same year, 3rd month, 13th day: According to the lord's intentions, appointed to second position in attendant guard, granted 22 hyō and stipend for two people, appointed to guard rotation under administrative officer supervision
- Kansei 9, Year of the Snake (1797), 5th month, 20th day: Appointed to serve in chief clerk office, stipend distribution attendant guard in regular rotation
- Kansei 10, Year of the Horse (1798), 11th month, 11th day: As requested, released from official duties, appointed to guard rotation
- Bunka 1, Year of the Rat (1804), 5th month, 23rd day: Due to a private request, ordered to change residences, granted the former residence of Kobayashi Masuzaemon at the new estate
