現代語訳
「（付箋）米山佐左衛門
一 天和元年酉年（1681年） 慎護院様の御供として軽い御奉公を仕り、御家へ参り上がり段々と御引き立てを成し下され、元禄十四年巳三月（1701年3月）御在所引越しを仰せ付けられる
ただし格式は御徒士と相見え候、高四両二人扶持、勤務方は不明、その後御茶屋守を相勤めた由
一 正徳四年午七月（1714年7月） 慎護院様の御遺物として御紋付御袷を下される
一 享保十年巳八月十三日（1725年8月13日） 老年により願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられ、一生の内一人扶持を下される
米山仙右衛門
一 享保元年申正月（1716年1月）坊主勤めに召し出され、同四年亥五月十日（1719年5月10日）在番にて並みの通り高三両二人扶持を成し下され、同十年巳八月十三日（1725年8月13日）父の家督を相違なく、高四両二人扶持を下され勤務方はこれまでの通り」

"(Note slip) Yoneyama Sazaemon
- Tenna 1, Year of the Rooster (1681): Served light duty as attendant to Lord Shingoin, came to serve the house and was gradually promoted; in Genroku 14, Year of the Snake, 3rd month (March 1701), was ordered to relocate to the home domain
Note: Rank appeared to be foot soldier, stipend of 4 ryō and 2-person sustenance, duties unknown; later served as tea house keeper
- Shōtoku 4, Year of the Horse, 7th month (July 1714): Granted a crested lined kimono as a memento from Lord Shingoin
- Kyōhō 10, Year of the Snake, 8th month, 13th day (August 13, 1725): As requested due to old age, permitted to retire with 1-person stipend for life
Yoneyama Senemon
- Kyōhō 1, Year of the Monkey, 1st month (January 1716): Called to serve as monk; Kyōhō 4, Year of the Boar, 5th month, 10th day (May 10, 1719), granted standard stipend of 3 ryō and 2-person sustenance for garrison duty; Kyōhō 10, Year of the Snake, 8th month, 13th day (August 13, 1725), inherited father's position without change, granted stipend of 4 ryō and 2-person sustenance, duties to continue as before"
