【右丁】
献上物は実施できないが、同様の扱いで構わない。
右の心得で、松の歳（年末年始）の献上について、御精進の候に江戸では日々異なるため、翌日から両郷の内で献上ができるよう日程を調整して実施するよう心得られたい。
同役に任命された際
一、何右衛門が分一方に任命された旨を御月番から申し渡され、これを承諾してお受けのため参上の帳面に記載して出頭すること
一、中越村喜右衛門が梶本内村で伐採した材木を河内屋八十右衛門へ売り渡す際、検知下役を差し出すこと
右のような類いは下役のみを差し出す先例があるようである

一、神仏への寄進林木等は分一を免除されていたが、今年から定法の通り徴収するよう御沙汰があった
現在の運上の規定
二月に検査した際、四月まで病死その他の廃止願いについては運上を免除すること
五月中は半額の運上
九月まで 定法通り徴収
一、諸札を受け取っても、その者が欠落（逃亡）した場合、受け取ってから三ヶ月経過すれば定法通り運上を徴収すべきこと
一、材木流失の分については、検知が済んだ後は七分を免除し三分を徴収する旧記がある
一、材木検知前に流失した分については、七分一半蔵を免除することが申し出られている

Tribute offerings cannot be carried out, but the same treatment applies without issue.
With the above understanding, regarding tribute offerings during the pine season (New Year period), since the days of official abstinence vary daily in Edo, arrangements should be made so that tribute can be offered within both districts from the following day onward.
When appointed to the same position
1. When what-his-name Uemon is appointed to the bunichi-kata (tax collection position), this shall be announced by the monthly duty officer, and he must appear and be recorded in the attendance register to formally accept the appointment.
1. When Kiuemon of Nakakoshi Village sells timber cut in Kajimoto-uchi Village to Kawachinya Yasouemon, inspection subordinates must be dispatched.
For such cases, it appears there is precedent for dispatching only subordinates.

1. While timber donated to shrines and temples was previously exempt from the bunichi tax, from this year there is an order to collect it according to standard law.
Current regulations for transit tax:
In the February inspection period, transit tax is waived until April for cases of death by illness and other cessation requests.
During May: half transit tax
Until September: collection according to standard law
1. Even when various permits are received, if that person absconds, if three months have passed since receiving the permit, transit tax should be collected according to standard law.
1. For timber lost to flooding, after inspection is completed, seven parts are waived and three parts are collected, according to old records.
1. For timber lost to flooding before inspection, it has been proclaimed that seven parts and one half should be waived.
