して身病なく剰子を生する事あり是は天元
の寿過度にして腎気余ある人也常の人に
あらす然に常の人それにならひて年老て交

〇真陰精汁はたとへは灯盞の油のことし一度
もらさされは灯火の油を増かことし
〇精汁をもらして女人にあたふれは子を生
す我身にとむれは我命をつく子孫を生せん
ための交合さへ強て行へは虚羸して病とな
るいはんやむなしく遊興にすつる事お
しむへきかな
〇和合の道ありといふともみたりに精をもら
すへからす又既にもれんとするにいたり
ておしてたもては本へもかへらす中途に
滞て便毒瘡腫なる

現代語訳
らなければならない。ただし人の衰えと盛んさに従うべきである。形気が盛んで充実している人で、七十歳を過ぎても性交を絶たず、それでいて身に病なく、さらには子を生むことがある。これは天から与えられた寿命が過度に長く、腎気に余りがある人である。普通の人ではない。しかし普通の人がそれに倣って年老いても性交を好み、命を急に絶つ。悲しいことである。
○真陰の精汁は、例えば灯火の油のようなものである。一度でも漏らさなければ、灯火に油を注ぎ足すようなものである。
○精汁を漏らして女性に与えれば子を生む。自分の身に留めれば自分の命を作る。子孫を生むための性交さえ、無理に行えば虚弱になって病気となる。ましてや空しく遊興に費やすことは惜しむべきである。
○和合の道があるといっても、みだりに精を漏らしてはならない。また既に漏れそうになった時に押し留めると、元には戻らず、中途で滞って便毒や瘡腫となる。

There are people with vigorous and robust constitution who do not cease sexual intercourse even after seventy, yet have no illness in their body and even beget children. These are people whose heaven-granted lifespan is exceptionally long and who have surplus kidney qi. They are not ordinary people. However, when ordinary people imitate them and enjoy sexual intercourse in old age, they suddenly lose their lives. How tragic this is.
○ True yin essence is like the oil in a lamp. If one does not let it leak even once, it is like adding oil to a lamp's flame.
○ If essence leaks and is given to a woman, children are born. If it is retained in one's own body, it creates one's own life. Even sexual intercourse for the purpose of producing offspring, if forced, leads to weakness and illness. How much more should one regret wastefully spending it on empty pleasures.
○ Even though there is a way of harmonious union, one must not carelessly leak essence. Moreover, if one tries to forcibly retain it when it is already about to leak, it will not return to its source but will stagnate midway, causing venereal poison and ulcers.
