現代語訳
○時疫（流行病）がまだ完全に治らないうちに性交すると、舌が出て死ぬ。
○金創（刀傷）がまだ完全に治らないうちに性交すると、血が乱れて傷口が破れて出血が止まらない。あるいは破傷風となり、反張（後弓反張）となる。
○女性の月経がまだ終わらないうちに性交すると、男女ともに全身が黄色くなって痩せる。あるいは皮膚に白斑を生じる。
一、欲には避けるべき時がある
○大寒・大熱・大風・大雨・大霧・雷電・虹霓・地震・日食・月食 以上、この時は性交すべきではない。
○日月星の下、神仏の堂や廟、竈や厠の傍ら、塚や墓の辺りで性交すべきではない。犯す者は人神を損ない、寿命を縮める。もし胎児を宿せば、その子は不仁不孝で病気が多い。

○ If one engages in sexual intercourse while a woman's menstruation has not yet ceased, both men and women develop yellow coloration throughout the body and become emaciated, or develop white patches on the skin.
1. There are times when desire should be avoided
○ Great cold, great heat, great wind, great rain, great fog, thunder and lightning, rainbow, earthquake, solar eclipse, lunar eclipse - during these times, sexual intercourse should not be performed.
