のことくなれは孕ことなし又女人気血虚
羸して月水滞子宮に閉塞て妊ことなし壮
盛無病の女に交会して子を求へし
〇月水既に止て一日より三日にいたるまで子
門ひらく此時交合すれははらむ事あり四日
を過してはましわりてもはらむ事なし
又一説に月水止て後一日三日五日に胎をうく
れは男となり二日四日六日に胎をうくれは
女となると
〇既に懐妊しては房事をとをくすへし臨
月におかせは或は横生逆産となり或は胎
死となる
〇懐妊の間は辛辣の物を食せす恚怒の心を生
せす常に善言を聞善事を見善事を行ぬへし
かくのことくなれは子生てかならす福寿

現代語訳
あるいは精液が薄くて水のように冷えて氷のようになれば妊娠することはない。また女性の気血が虚弱で月経が滞り子宮に閉塞すれば妊娠することはない。壮健で無病の女性と交合して子を求めるべきである。
○月経が既に止んで一日から三日に至るまで子宮口が開く。この時に性交すれば妊娠することがある。四日を過ぎてからは交合しても妊娠することはない。
また一説によると、月経が止んだ後、一日・三日・五日に胎を受ければ男となり、二日・四日・六日に胎を受ければ女となるという。
○既に妊娠した場合は性交を遠ざけるべきである。臨月に犯せば、あるいは横生逆産となり、あるいは胎死となる。
○妊娠中は辛く辣い物を食べず、怒りの心を生じさせず、常に善い言葉を聞き、善い事を見て、善い事を行うべきである。このようにすれば、子が生まれて必ず福寿忠孝である。

One should seek children through intercourse with robust and healthy women.
○After menstruation has already stopped, from the first day to the third day, the cervix opens. If one has intercourse at this time, pregnancy may occur. After the fourth day has passed, even if there is intercourse, pregnancy will not occur.
Also, according to one theory, if conception occurs on the 1st, 3rd, or 5th day after menstruation stops, the child will be male; if conception occurs on the 2nd, 4th, or 6th day, the child will be female.
○Once pregnancy has occurred, sexual intercourse should be avoided. If violated during the final month, it may result in breech birth or difficult delivery, or fetal death.
○During pregnancy, one should not eat spicy or pungent foods, should not generate feelings of anger, and should always listen to good words, see good things, and perform good deeds. If one does thus, when the child is born it will surely possess good fortune, longevity, loyalty, and filial piety.
