一 大目付桑原豫州被申聞候は今日御色直ニ付和泉守殿采女正殿
拝領物有之候旨御吹聴被仰聞候段被申聞候右ニ付下手紙
下廻状我等ゟ可差出旨相詰周防殿へ申談候而帰宅後差出候末ニ
記置候事
一 夫レゟ退出老若廻勤於玄関取次え申置候口上振は今日之御祝儀
并為御礼致伺公候旨申置候老若共ニ口上振同様尤御奏者番当
番稲葉丹後殿え承り合候処右之通御奏者番之方ニても申合廻勤
口上振相極候旨被申聞候間同席も今日罷出候衆一同申合右口上振ニ
取計候帰宅八半時打弐寸廻り候事
一 相詰周防殿ゟ被申越候手紙并別紙御書付之写一通左之通一覧
之上承知之返報差遣候事

病気幼少在邑之衆えは下廻状申付候右御書付之

【丁裏】
一 大目付桑原予州が申し聞かせたことは、今日の御色直しに付き、和泉守殿・采女正殿に
拝領物があった旨を御吹聴として仰せ聞かせられた段を申し聞かせた。これに付き下手紙・
下廻状を私から差し出すべき旨を相談し、周防殿へ申し談じて帰宅後差し出した。末に
記し置くこと
一 それから退出し、老若の廻勤について玄関取次に申し置いた。口上振りは「今日の御祝儀
並びに御礼のため伺候致します」旨を申し置いた。老若共に口上振りは同様である。もっとも御奏者番当
番の稲葉丹後殿に承り合わせたところ、右の通り御奏者番の方でも申し合わせ廻勤の
口上振りを相極めた旨を申し聞かせられたので、同席も今日罷出た衆一同申し合わせて右口上振りに
取り計らった。帰宅は八つ半時打ち二寸廻りであった
一 相詰の周防殿から申し越された手紙並びに別紙御書付の写し一通は左の通り。一覧の
上承知の返報を差し遣わしたこと

手紙を以て啓上致します。先刻
殿中にて御談申した通り、戸田采女正殿がお渡しになったということで桑原予州が
相達された御書付の写し一通を、当勤の衆へは貴様・拙者連名の
廻状を以て申し遣わし、水野出羽殿へは貴様・拙者連名の手紙を以て申し遣わし、
病気・幼少・在邑の衆へは下廻状を申し付けます。右御書付の
写し一通を差し進め申します。御留置きなされるべきです。右の段、御意を得るため、このように
御座います。以上

来る十六日、御色直しの御祝儀のため、溜詰・御譜代衆・同嫡子・
詰衆・御奏者番・同嫡子・菊の間縁頬詰・同嫡子が登

One: Ōmetsuke Kuwabara Yoshū conveyed that regarding today's iro-naoshi ceremony, Lord Izumi-no-kami and Lord Uneme-no-shō
received bestowed items, which was announced as official notification. Regarding this, I was to send out
a subordinate letter and circular notice, which I discussed with Lord Suō and sent out after returning home. This is
recorded at the end.
One: After that, I withdrew and left instructions with the entrance attendant regarding the rotation duties of senior and junior officials. The standard greeting was "I have come to pay respects for today's celebration
and to express gratitude." The greeting format was the same for both senior and junior officials. I consulted with the duty sōshaban
Lord Inaba Tango-no-kami, who informed me that the sōshaban had also agreed on the standard greeting for rotation duties.
Therefore, all the colleagues who came out today agreed and handled it with this greeting format.
I returned home at two sun past the half of the eighth hour.
One: The letter sent from Lord Suō who was on duty, along with a copy of the separate official document, is as follows. After reviewing,
I sent a reply of acknowledgment.

I respectfully write this letter. As we discussed earlier
in the palace, regarding what Lord Toda Uneme-no-shō handed down, Kuwabara Yoshū
conveyed a copy of the official document. To the current duty officials, I will send
a circular notice in joint names of you and myself; to Lord Mizuno Dewa-no-kami, I will send a letter in joint names of you and myself;
to those who are ill, young, or in their domains, I will have subordinate circular notices sent. I am forwarding
one copy of the aforementioned official document. Please keep it on file. I am writing thus
to obtain your consent on this matter. That is all.
