現代語訳

万暦三十年、冊使夏給事子陽、王行人士禎。舟が花瓶嶼を過ぎる際、風がないのに波があった。神に祷ったところ、風を得て順調に渡ることができた。帰りの舟では柁索が四度断ち切れ、柁を失うこと三度であった。大桅も折れた。水面に忽然と神燈が現れ、異鳥が来て集まった。東風が順風を助けた。

崇禎元年、冊使杜給事三策、楊行人掄。帰りの舟で颶風が起こり、柁の牙を数度にわたって折った。勒索は皆断ち切れた。舟中の三人が共に一本の奇楠（高さ三尺、価値千金）を購い、それを寄進して聖像を刻んだ。俄に奇鳥があって檣端に集まり、舟の行くこと飛ぶが如くであった。一夜で閩に到着したという。

本朝康熙二年、冊使張兵科学礼、王行人垓。帰りの船が姑米を過ぎる際、颶風が起こって暴雨となった。船が傾側し、危険が甚だしかった。桅の左右が欹側し、龍骨が半ば折れた。忽ち火光が熒熒として現れた。霹靂が風雨の中に起こり、桅を截断して倒した。舵が旋回して止まらず、勒索は皆断ち切れた。神に祷って柁を起こしたところ、三度祷れば三度応じた。繩を易えて柁を下ろした。時に一鳥がいて、緑の嘴と紅い足で雁鶩のようであった。戦台に集まった。舟人が言うには「天妃が遣わして来て引導させるのだ」と。ついに定海に到達した。

康熙二十二年、冊使汪検討楫、林舎人麟焻。帰りの舟で颶風が三昼夜続いた。舟が上下に傾仄し、水が艙中に満ちた。舟全体で立ち上がることができる者は、わずかに十六人であった。厨竈は漂没し、人は皆餓凍した。天妃に虔祷し、春秋祀典を請うことを許した。桅篐は断たれたが桅は散らばらず、頂繩は断たれたが蓬は落ちなかった。波と共に上下し、ついに

In the thirtieth year of Wanli,册使 Xia Ziyang the Secretary and Wang Shizhen the Assistant. When their boat passed Flower Vase Islet, there were waves despite no wind. They prayed to the deity and obtained wind for a smooth crossing. On the return voyage, the rudder cables broke four times and they lost the rudder three times. The main mast also broke. Suddenly divine lanterns appeared on the water surface, and strange birds came and gathered. The east wind assisted their favorable passage.

In the first year of Chongzhen, 册使 Du Sance the Secretary and Yang Lun the Assistant. On the return voyage a hurricane arose, breaking the rudder teeth several times. The rigging cables all snapped. Three men on the boat together purchased a rare nanmu wood (three feet high, worth a thousand gold pieces), donated it and carved a sacred image. Suddenly a strange bird gathered at the mast tip, and the boat traveled as if flying. They reached Fujian in one night, it is said.

In the second year of Kangxi of our dynasty, 册使 Zhang Xueli of the Military Section and Wang Gai the Assistant. When the return ship passed Gumi, a hurricane arose with violent rain. The ship listed dangerously. The situation was extremely perilous. The left and right sides of the mast tilted, and the keel was half broken. Suddenly there appeared flickering fire-light. Thunder arose amid the wind and rain, cutting down and toppling the mast. The rudder spun without stopping, and all the rigging cables snapped. They prayed to the deity to raise the rudder, and three prayers brought three responses. They replaced the rope and lowered the rudder. At that time there was a bird with a green beak and red feet like a wild goose or duck. It perched on the battle platform. The sailors said, "Tianfei has sent it to guide us." They finally reached Dinghai.

In the twenty-second year of Kangxi, 册使 Wang Ji the Compiler and Lin Linzhuo the Drafter. On the return voyage there was a hurricane for three days and nights. The boat pitched up and down precariously, with water filling the hold. Of all aboard, only sixteen people were able to stand up. The kitchen stove was swept away and everyone was starving and freezing. They devoutly prayed to Tianfei and promised to request spring and autumn sacrificial rites.
