卯。

皇帝が琉球国を冊封するため、正使翰林院検討海宝、副使翰林院編修徐葆光を遣わし、海神に祭を致した。「神は霊貺を誕生せしめて昭らかにし、陰かに昌図を翼け、使節を引いて速やかに征き、洪波を越えて利済す。殊邦への往復において、事を成して愆ちなく、よく国威を暢べり。実に神の佑なり。ここに昭報を申し、重ねて苾芬を薦む。神その鑑歆して、永く光烈あらんことを。謹んで告す」。

春秋祀典の疏

琉球国より差し帰された翰林院検討臣海宝、編修臣徐葆光等が謹んで奏聞の事のため奏上する。臣等は康熙五十七年六月初一日に、詔を奉じて琉球国王を冊封した。十四日に熱河において聖訓を面請した。都を出て閩に至り、五十八年五月二十日に船に登った。翌日怡山院に至り、天妃に諭祭した。二十二日、五虎門から出洋し、西南の順風で八日間航行した。六月初一日に上陸した。二十七日に諭祭の礼を行った。七月二十六日に冊封の礼を行った。諸々の宴礼を順次挙行した。十二月二十六日、船に登り汛を待った。

The Emperor dispatched Chief Envoy Hanlin Academy Examiner Hai Bao and Vice Envoy Hanlin Academy Compiler Xu Baoping to enfeoff the Kingdom of Ryukyu, and they offered sacrifices to the sea god, saying: "The deity has manifested spiritual blessings and secretly supported the imperial plan. You guided the diplomatic mission to proceed swiftly, crossed the vast waves with favorable passage. In the round trip to this distant land, the mission was accomplished without fault, and the national prestige was well extended. This is truly due to the deity's protection. Here we report our gratitude and again offer fragrant sacrifices. May the deity regard this with favor and maintain eternal glory. We respectfully report this."

Memorial on Spring and Autumn Ritual Ceremonies

Returned from the Kingdom of Ryukyu, Hanlin Academy Examiner [Minister] Hai Bao and Compiler [Minister] Xu Baoping and others respectfully memorialize regarding matters to be reported. We ministers, on the first day of the sixth month of the fifty-seventh year of Kangxi, received the imperial edict to enfeoff the King of Ryukyu. On the fourteenth day, we personally requested sacred instructions at Rehe. We departed the capital and arrived in Fujian. On the twentieth day of the fifth month of the fifty-eighth year, we boarded the ship. The next day we arrived at Yishan Academy and performed ritual sacrifices to Tianfei. On the twenty-second day, we set sail from Wuhu Gate with favorable southwest winds for eight days. On the first day of the sixth month, we landed. On the twenty-seventh day, we performed the ritual of proclamation and sacrifice. On the twenty-sixth day of the seventh month, we performed the enfeoffment ceremony. Various banquet ceremonies were conducted in sequence. On the twenty-sixth day of the twelfth month, we boarded the ship and awaited the seasonal winds.
