When ordered to undertake the financial support (oshiokuri)
for ten people, we petitioned twice stating that it would be
difficult to fulfill such important official duties, but
our petition was not approved.
On the 4th day of the 3rd month of the same year, we
submitted a petition requesting to undertake the contract.
