御仕送り御請負をしたことについて
お上でもご機嫌よく思し召され、
我々も大いに慶んでいるとのお言葉をいただいた。
竹田七郎右衛門様が御請けくださり、
この度御大切な御用筋を御請けした
以上は、末々まで御見捨てにならない
ようにとの段を仰せ上げてくださった。
一、同年七月、地震で御城内外の
御塀が損傷したため、十人の者が
御破損の修築をしたい旨を願い上げた所、
御許可をいただき、御普請中
御場所へ出向くため、三の丸内での
笠着用の御免許をいただいた。
一、同十一年正月三日、年始の
御礼として町役人の次に出向き
御礼を申し上げた。
一、同年十二月十二日
殿様へ御目見えを仰せ付けられ

Regarding undertaking the contract for financial support (oshiokuri),
His Lordship was pleased with this arrangement,
and we were told that we too should be greatly delighted by this.
Lord Takeda Shichirōemon accepted our request and
stated that since we had undertaken such important
official duties this time, we would not be
abandoned in the future.
1. In the 7th month of the same year, when the castle walls
inside and outside the castle were damaged by an earthquake,
the ten people petitioned to repair the damage.
Permission was granted, and since we went to the
construction site during the repairs, we were granted
permission to wear hats within the Third Bailey.
1. On the 3rd day of the 1st month of the same 11th year,
we went to pay New Year's respects
following the town officials.
1. On the 12th day of the 12th month of the same year,
we were granted an audience with His Lordship
