差し上げ申し上げる一札の事
一、他国へ石切り稼ぎに出かける者たちの件について、五人組で厳重に吟味し、人別帳を確認して身元引受人を立てて出かけさせます。もちろん年貢や諸役などを滞納することのないよう取り計らって出かけさせる事
一、お上様から仰せ付けられる法度の件については申し上げるまでもなく、日頃仰せ付けられている趣旨をよく理解し承知いたします事
一、この者たちの旅先での定宿については、別紙に記載した通りで相違ございません。年末になっても帰郷しない者がいる場合は、身元引受人並びに五人組から早急にご報告いたします。もちろん滞りなく

Article 1: Regarding those who go to other provinces for stone-cutting work, the five-household group shall conduct strict examination, verify the population register, and arrange guarantors before allowing them to depart. Naturally, arrangements shall be made to ensure that annual rice taxes and various duties are paid without delay before departure.
Article 2: Regarding the prohibitions issued by the authorities, it goes without saying that we fully understand and comply with the instructions regularly given to us.
Article 3: Regarding the designated lodgings for these people during their travels, there is no discrepancy from what is recorded in the attached document. Should there be anyone who does not return home by year's end, the guarantors and the five-household group shall promptly report this matter without delay.
