享保元年丙申（1716年）12月に出奔した。

正徳3年癸巳（1713年）4月に御近習を仰せ付けられた。
ただし正徳元年卯（1711年）11月13日に御中小性より徳本院様御部屋勤を仰せ付けられ、
同3年巳（1713年）2月に御供方へ帰番を仰せ付けられた。
享保8年癸卯（1723年）3月7日に家督御番方を仰せ付けられた。
初代藤右衛門の息子

正徳3年癸巳（1713年）6月21日に御中小性より御近習を仰せ付けられた。
同4年甲午（1714年）3月22日に病身につき願いの通り御免となり、御中小性へ帰番を仰せ付けられた。
同年7月25日に再び御近習を仰せ付けられた。
同5年乙未（1715年）6月28日に病死した。
二代目

正徳4年甲午（1714年）3月22日に御中小性より御近習を仰せ付けられた。
同年7月25日に御近習を免除され、帰番して御供方を相勤めた（割書：御中小性なり）。
瀬田政六
享保元年丙申（1716年）12月28日に御側勤を仰せ付けられた（文章が途中で切れている）。

On the 4th month of the 3rd year of Shōtoku, Year of the Water Snake (1713), he was appointed as personal attendant.
However, on the 13th day of the 11th month of the 1st year of Shōtoku, Year of the Metal Rabbit (1711), he was appointed from middle page to serve in Lord Tokubon-in's quarters,
and in the 2nd month of the 3rd year, Year of the Snake (1713), he was ordered to return to the escort service.
On the 7th day of the 3rd month of the 8th year of Kyōhō, Year of the Water Rabbit (1723), he was appointed to inherit the family guard duty.

On the 25th day of the 7th month of the same year, he was again appointed as personal attendant.
On the 28th day of the 6th month of the 5th year, Year of the Wood Sheep (1715), he died of illness.

On the 28th day of the 12th month of the 1st year of Kyōhō, Year of the Fire Monkey (1716), he was appointed to personal attendant service (text cuts off mid-sentence).
