一 文化四年丁卯（1807年）四月十三日、御側御雇勤を仰せつけられた。
一 同十一年甲戌（1814年）五月十八日、御小納戸御召物方を仰せつけられた。
一 同十二年乙亥（1815年）八月十三日、御膳番仮役を仰せつけられ、その他はこれまで通りとした。
一 同十三年丙子（1816年）十月八日、御近習目付を仰せつけられ、御小納戸その他はこれまで通りとした。
一 文政元年戊寅（1818年）六月二日、病死した。
五代目
富永紀八郎
一 文化四年丁卯（1807年）五月十五日、御普請奉行御武具奉行御添番兼帯から御側勤を仰せつけられた。
一 同五年戊辰（1808年）八月二十日、御側勤を首尾よく免職され、押合役はこれまで通り、席は御徒士頭上席とした。

一 文化四年丁卯（1807年）十月三日、御番方から若殿様御側勤を仰せつけられた。
一 同七年庚午（1810年）三月十日、御使番格に成し下され、若殿様御小納戸御召物方御試役兼帯を仰せつけられた。
一 同十三年丙子（1816年）正月十五日、押合役を仰せつけられた。

1. On the 13th day of the 4th month of Bunka 4, year of the Fire Rabbit (1807), he was appointed to go-soku temporary service.
1. On the 18th day of the 5th month of Bunka 11, year of the Wood Dog (1814), he was appointed go-konando go-meshimono-kata.
1. On the 13th day of the 8th month of Bunka 12, year of the Wood Pig (1815), he was appointed acting go-zenban, with other duties continuing as before.
1. On the 8th day of the 10th month of Bunka 13, year of the Fire Rat (1816), he was appointed go-kinjū metsuke, with go-konando and other duties continuing as before.
1. On the 2nd day of the 6th month of Bunsei 1, year of the Earth Tiger (1818), he died of illness.

Tominaga Kihachirō
1. On the 15th day of the 5th month of Bunka 4, year of the Fire Rabbit (1807), he was appointed go-soku service from his concurrent positions as go-fushin bugyō and go-bugu bugyō go-soeban.
1. On the 20th day of the 8th month of Bunka 5, year of the Earth Dragon (1808), he was successfully dismissed from go-soku service, continued as oshiai-yaku as before, with his seat rank as jōza of go-kachi-gashira.

Okada Kujūku (Tsukumo)
1. On the 3rd day of the 10th month of Bunka 4, year of the Fire Rabbit (1807), he was appointed to serve the young lord from go-bangata.
1. On the 10th day of the 3rd month of Bunka 7, year of the Metal Horse (1810), he was granted the rank of go-tsukai-ban and appointed concurrently as provisional go-konando go-meshimono-kata for the young lord.
1. On the 15th day of the 1st month of Bunka 13, year of the Fire Rat (1816), he was appointed oshiai-yaku.

Masuda Tōjūrō
1. On the 18th day of the 11th month of Bunka 4, year of the Fire Rabbit (1807), he was appointed go-soku service from go-bangata
