現代語訳

一　天保八年丁酉（1837年）十月二十五日、大目付役御武具奉行兼帯から御膳番御近習目付御小納戸兼帯を仰せつけられた。格席はこれまでの通り。

一　弘化二年乙巳（1845年）九月二十三日、御側頭取御在城中御側御用人仮役を仰せつけられた。御役が多いため、御持筒頭大目付仮役を滞りなく御免となった。もっとも元締役はこれまでの通り。

一　文政五年壬午（1822年）九月十五日、御番方御雇勤から御側勤を仰せつけられた（《割書：大坂在番先にて》）。

一　同八年乙酉（1825年）三月十九日、同苗又兵衛が御在所勝手を仰せつけられたため、同様に引越しを申すべきである。かつまた御附の節柄、御在所において御定めもあるので、御雇勤を滞りなく御免となり、御合力一人扶持を下された。

一　文政六年癸未（1823年）十月十日、御番方から御隠居様御側勤を仰せつけられた。

一　同九年丙戌（1826年）二月二十八日、病気により願いの通り御隠居様御側勤を御免となり、帰番を仰せつけられた。

1. On the 25th day of the 10th month of Tenpō 8, Hinoto-Tori (1837), from ōmetsuke with concurrent go-bugu-bugyō, he was appointed go-zenban go-kinshū-metsuke go-konando concurrent duties. His rank position remains as before.

1. On the 23rd day of the 9th month of Kōka 2, Kinoto-Mi (1845), he was appointed go-soku-gashira and temporary go-soku-goyōnin while residing in the castle. Due to having many duties, he was satisfactorily relieved of go-mochizutsu-gashira and temporary ōmetsuke positions. However, his moto-shime role remains as before.

1. On the 15th day of the 9th month of Bunsei 5, Mizunoe-Uma (1822), he was appointed go-soku service from go-bangata employed service (marginal note: while stationed in Osaka).

1. On the 19th day of the 3rd month of Bunsei 8, Kinoto-Tori (1825), since Matabei of the same family name was appointed to domain domestic affairs, he should similarly relocate. Moreover, given the circumstances of his attachment and the regulations established in the domain, his employed service was satisfactorily terminated and he was granted go-gōryoku one-person stipend.

1. On the 10th day of the 10th month of Bunsei 6, Mizunoto-Hitsuji (1823), he was appointed retired lord's go-soku service from go-bangata.

1. On the 28th day of the 2nd month of Bunsei 9, Hinoe-Inu (1826), due to illness, as requested, he was relieved of retired lord's go-soku service and appointed to return to regular service.
