現代語訳
御隠居様御側勤御小納戸御召物方を御免、格式御宛行を召し上げられ、無勤を仰せつけられた。
一 同十五年甲辰（1844年）五月朔日、御小姓御添番より御側勤を仰せつけられ、御添番はこれまでの通り兼帯。
一 嘉永二年己酉（1849年）十一月朔日、常々万端心懸け方が薄く、追々御勘弁を成し下され召し使われていたところ、数度の不調法、その上御発駕御用弁の儀は度申しより厚く御直々に御世話をなされていたところ、数度等閑な仕方で度々御詫びを申し上げ御済しを下されたけれども、平気な体で甚だもって不敬至極、極めて不束であるため、御側勤を御免、御中小性御給仕方と帰番逼塞を仰せつけられた。もっとも御添番は当分抱え罷り在るよう仰せ出された。

He was exempted from retired lord's go-soku service, go-konando, and go-meshimono-kata duties, his stipend allocation was revoked, and he was ordered to remain without duties.
1. On the 1st day of the 5th month of the same 15th year, Kinoe-Tatsu (1844), he was appointed go-soku service from go-koshō go-soezaban, continuing go-soezaban duties concurrently as before.
1. On the 1st day of the 11th month of Kaei 2, Tsuchinoto-Tori (1849), his general attentiveness in all matters had been lacking, and though he had been gradually pardoned and continued in service, due to numerous misconduct incidents, and furthermore regarding departure duties, despite receiving direct personal care and attention from his superiors repeatedly, his careless behavior led to frequent apologies and pardons. However, his nonchalant attitude was extremely disrespectful and utterly inadequate. Therefore, he was exempted from go-soku service, demoted to go-chū-koshō go-kyūji-kata, ordered to return to regular rotation, and confined. It was announced that he should remain in go-soezaban service for the time being.
