現代語訳

一　天保三年壬辰（1832年）四月十日、御番方より御隠居様御側勤を仰せつけられた。

一　同九年戊戌（1838年）六月十五日、御同所様御近習目付を仰せつけられた。

一　同年十月十八日、御同所様御小納戸御召物方兼帯を仰せつけられ、御近習目付はこれまでの通り。

一　同十三年壬寅（1842年）八月二十三日、大目付格を成し下され、御同所様御膳番を仰せつけられた。その他はこれまでの通り。

一　弘化二年乙巳（1845年）三月二十五日、病気につき願いの通り、御同所様御膳番・御近習目付・御小納戸御召物方、且つ大目付仮役・山方取締り兼帯とも御免、御使番格御取次を仰せつけられた。

一　天保四年癸巳（1833年）三月十七日、御番方御雇勤より、亡父跡式相違なく成し下され、御側勤を仰せつけられた。

一　同八年丁酉（1837年）六月十五日、御近習目付を仰せつけられた。

一　同年十二月朔日、押合本役を仰せつけられ、御徒士頭上席となった。

一　嘉永元年戊申（1848年）八月十六日、大目付格、若殿様御附より、御同所様御側勤御試役、御小納戸御召物方兼帯を仰せつけられた。

英語訳

1. On the 10th day of the 4th month of Tenpō 3, Mizunoe-Tatsu (1832), he was appointed to go-soku service for the retired lord from go-bangata.

1. On the 15th day of the 6th month of the same 9th year, Tsuchinoe-Inu (1838), he was appointed go-kinshū-metsuke for His Lordship.

1. On the 18th day of the 10th month of the same year, he was appointed to concurrently serve as go-konando go-meshimono-kata for His Lordship, while continuing go-kinshū-metsuke as before.

1. On the 23rd day of the 8th month of the same 13th year, Mizunoe-Tora (1842), he was granted ō-metsuke rank and appointed go-zenban for His Lordship. Other duties remained as before.

1. On the 25th day of the 3rd month of Kōka 2, Kinoto-Mi (1845), due to illness and as requested, he was exempted from go-zenban, go-kinshū-metsuke, go-konando go-meshimono-kata for His Lordship, as well as acting ō-metsuke and concurrent mountain district supervision, and was appointed go-tsukaiban rank go-toritsugi.

1. On the 17th day of the 3rd month of Tenpō 4, Mizunoto-Mi (1833), from go-bangata go-yatoizutome, he was granted succession to his late father's position without change and appointed go-soku service.

1. On the 15th day of the 6th month of the same 8th year, Hinoto-Tori (1837), he was appointed go-kinshū-metsuke.

1. On the 1st day of the 12th month of the same year, he was appointed oshiai regular duty and became senior go-kachi-gashira.

1. On the 16th day of the 8th month of Kaei 1, Tsuchinoe-Saru (1848), with ō-metsuke rank, he was transferred from service to the young lord to go-soku service probationary role for His Lordship, concurrently serving as go-konando go-meshimono-kata.
