一　弘化二年乙巳（1845年）三月二十五日、御番方より御隠居様御側勤を仰せつけられた。
一　嘉永元年戊申（1848年）五月二十八日、病気につき、御隠居様御側勤を願いの通り御免となり、帰番を仰せつけられた。

泰彦安彦小源太
一　天保十五年甲辰（1844年）九月朔日、御側見習御次詰御側御雇勤を仰せつけられた。
一　弘化三年丙午（1846年）五月十三日、御在所在番先にて不束の義があり、御雇勤を御免となり、御扶持を召し上げられ《場所：江戸》表へ差し戻された。

1. On the 25th day of the 3rd month of Kōka 2, Kinoto-Mi (1845), he was appointed to go-inkyo-sama go-soku service from go-bangata.
1. On the 28th day of the 5th month of Ka'ei 1, Tsuchinoe-Saru (1848), due to illness, he was relieved of go-inkyo-sama go-soku service as requested and ordered to return to regular service.

1. On the 13th day of the 9th month of Tenpō 13, Mizunoe-Tora (1842), he was appointed to go-soku go-yatoi service from go-bangata.

1. On the 1st day of the 9th month of Tenpō 15, Kinoe-Tatsu (1844), he was appointed to go-soku apprentice go-tsugi-dzume go-soku go-yatoi service.
1. On the 13th day of the 5th month of Kōka 3, Hinoe-Uma (1846), due to misconduct while on duty at his lord's domain residence, his go-yatoi service was terminated, his stipend was confiscated, and he was sent back to Edo.
