現代語訳

御側勤を仰せ付けられた。
同13年庚辰（1700年）6月18日に御膳番を仰せ付けられた。
宝永元年甲申（1704年）5月7日に御小納戸兼帯を仰せ付けられた。
正徳5年乙未（1715年）7月18日に御使番役を仰せ付けられた。

亀井多宮
年月は不明だが元禄年間に御中小性に召し出され、その後御近習を仰せ付けられ、その後徳本院様の御部屋勤を仰せ付けられて相勤めていたところ、父子の間が不縁になったため、願いの通り御暇を下されて指し戻されたとのことである。

正徳3年癸巳（1713年）3月4日に御小納戸を仰せ付けられた。
同5年乙未（1715年）7月11日に御膳番を仰せ付けられた。
享保7年壬寅（1722年）9月19日に御使番役を仰せ付けられた。

二代目

元禄11年戊寅（1698年）11月に御番方より御側勤を仰せ付けられた。

On the 18th day of the 6th month of the 13th year, Year of the Metal Dragon (1700), he was appointed to meal service duty.
On the 7th day of the 5th month of the 1st year of Hōei, Year of the Wood Monkey (1704), he was appointed to concurrently serve as minor treasurer.
On the 18th day of the 7th month of the 5th year of Shōtoku, Year of the Wood Sheep (1715), he was appointed to messenger duty.

The year and month are unknown, but during the Genroku era he was summoned as a middle page, later appointed as personal attendant, and subsequently appointed to serve in Lady Tokubon'in's chambers, which he dutifully performed. However, due to estrangement between father and son, he was granted leave as requested and dismissed.

On the 11th day of the 7th month of the 5th year, Year of the Wood Sheep (1715), he was appointed to meal service duty.
On the 19th day of the 9th month of the 7th year of Kyōhō, Year of the Water Tiger (1722), he was appointed to messenger duty.
