書違一札之事
一火之用心夜番之儀先年より宮坂鉾持町一統相勤申候所
近年宮坂より勤方等閑相成候ニ付此度其御村御役元え
及御掛合候処御承知之上宮坂え被仰聞候処此節困窮
ニ而難相勤候ニ付五郎兵衛殿儀左衛門殿を以甚左衛門十三郎
方え被及御談四月より十月迄朔日夜より四日夜迄
十一月より三月迄朔日夜より三日夜迄町内より不及
順達宮坂ニ而御勤有之其余は町内ニ而相勤候筈
申定候然上は此以後如何様之新儀加役出来候共
右御談之外毛頭違乱申間敷候尤火之廻之儀者
丁内より宮坂江相廻宮坂出番候節丁内御廻可被成候
若少茂違乱之筋有之候ハヽ丁内役元江御掛合可
被成候尤先規立帰候ハヽ双方一統為相勤可申候

一、火の用心夜番の件については、先年より宮坂・鉾持町が一緒に勤めてきましたが、近年宮坂の勤め方がおろそかになったため、この度その御村の御役人に掛け合いましたところ、御承知の上で宮坂に仰せ聞かせられましたが、この節困窮していて勤めることが困難とのことでした。そこで五郎兵衛殿・儀左衛門殿を通じて甚左衛門・十三郎方に御相談され、四月より十月まで朔日夜より四日夜まで、十一月より三月まで朔日夜より三日夜まで、町内より順番を回さず宮坂にて御勤めいただき、その余りは町内にて相勤める筈と申し定めました。そうなった以上は、この後いかなる新しい役務が加わっても、右の御相談以外は毛頭違反申し上げません。もっとも火の廻りについては、町内より宮坂へ回り、宮坂が出番の節は町内を御回りになります。もし少しでも違反の筋がございましたら、町内役人に御掛け合いください。もっとも先規に立ち返るなら、双方一統で相勤めいたします。後日のため、よって件の如し。

Document Regarding Written Discrepancy
Regarding the matter of fire prevention night watch duties: Since previous years, Miyasaka and Hokoji-machi have jointly performed these duties. However, in recent years, Miyasaka's performance of duties has become negligent, so we consulted with the village officials this time. With their acknowledgment, they spoke to Miyasaka, but they replied that due to current financial hardship, it would be difficult to perform the duties. Therefore, through Gorobei-sama and Gizaemon-sama, consultations were made with Jinzaemon and Jusaburo's parties, and it was decided that from April to October, from the first night to the fourth night of each month, and from November to March, from the first night to the third night of each month, Miyasaka would perform duties without rotation from the town, and the remainder would be performed by the town. Under these circumstances, no matter what new duties may arise hereafter, we shall not violate anything beyond the aforementioned consultation. Regarding fire patrol rounds, they shall go from the town to Miyasaka, and when Miyasaka is on duty, they shall patrol the town. If there is even the slightest violation, please consult with the town officials. Should we return to the previous regulations, both parties shall perform duties jointly. For future reference, therefore as stated.
