錨は大小各二本、大きいものは長さ二丈七尺、小さいものは長さ二丈四尺で、皆幅八寸及び七寸、形は个の字の如く、皆鉄力木でこれを作る。錨の上に棕索二条、長さ一百托、周囲一尺五寸《割書：字書に按ずれば碇は舟を繋ぐ石なり｜矴と同じで椗の字は無い。今は以て》

大檣の蓆帆の幅五丈二尺、長さ五丈三尺。轆轤索三条、長さ三十五托、周囲一尺二寸
繚母索二条、長さ一十五托、周囲一尺五寸
前檣の蓆帆の幅二丈二尺、長さ二丈八尺

大檣の頂帆を頭巾頂と名付け、ただ官船のみがこれを用い始め、商船は用いることを得ない。長さ五丈四尺、幅五丈《割書：徐兢録に云う、大檣の頂に小帆十｜幅を加え、これを野狐帆と謂うとあり、おそらく頭巾頂のことであろう》

大檣下の布帆を篷裙と名付け、長さ六尺、幅一丈五尺
前檣上の布帆を頭幞と名付け、上尖下方の三角形、長さ三丈、下部の幅二丈八尺

挿花布帆の長さ四丈八尺、幅三丈四尺

Main mast mat sail: five zhang two chi wide, five zhang three chi long. Three windlass ropes: thirty-five tuo long, one chi two cun in circumference
Two binding ropes: fifteen tuo long, one chi five cun in circumference
Foremast mat sail: two zhang two chi wide, two zhang eight chi long

The main mast topsail is called "tojin-cho" (turban top), only official vessels may use it, merchant ships are not permitted to use it. Five zhang four chi long, five zhang wide《side note: Xu Jing's record states that ten small sails｜are added to the top of the main mast, called "wild fox sails," which is probably the same as the turban top》

The cloth sail below the main mast is called "sail skirt": six chi long, one zhang five chi wide
The cloth sail above the foremast is called "head wrap": triangular in shape with pointed top and square bottom, three zhang long, two zhang eight chi wide at the bottom

Flower-insertion cloth sail: four zhang eight chi long, three zhang four chi wide
The cloth sail below the flower-insertion sail is called "flower-insertion trousers": six chi long, one zhang five chi wide
