各船には船戸以下二十二人が乗る

正夥長は羅針盤・羅経を主管し、副夥長は針房を経理し兼ねて水鋾を主管する
長い測鉛三条で水の深浅を測る

正副舵工二人は舵を主管し、二号船上で兼ねて勒肚二条を管理する

正副錨手二人は錨を主管し、四門行船時には頭緝布帆を主管する

正副鴉班二人は頭巾頂帆を主管し、大檣上の一条龍旗及び大旗を管理する

正副杉板工二人は杉板小船を主管し、行船時には清風大旗及び前帆を主管する

正副繚手二人は大帆及び尾送布帆、繚母棕・繚木索等の物を主管する

Two storekeepers (chief and deputy) manage the mainsail, flower decorations, and Tianfei goddess banner, and also oversee cargo loading

One press worker manages repairs of poles and levers and oversees the thousand-jin weight on the main mast during navigation

One incense keeper manages the oil lamps before the seats of Tianfei and various water deities, morning and evening paper offerings at sea, and the main sail tail rigging
